Awesome router!

Holy Cow Amazing

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a super old 10+ year old wifi router and during the corona virus, I had to work from home. The wifi router is on the first floor and couldn't be moved and my office is on the 2nd floor. My old router could not connect to the internet to save its life! So I went down to the store and they helped me out. It's expensive yes but lordy it works! We don't disconnect from the internet anymore and have strong wifi. We didn't need to upgrade our service from the provider or anything. It's definitely worth the investment and you seriously won't have to worry about the wifi again!

Easy to Setup

Directv on-demand viewing was smooth. Then poof -- the LED lights went out. It won't power up. It was out of warranty; Netgear support is anything but, unless you pay them first. Good thing I kept my WNDR3400 around.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Router has wi-fi all over house and even out in the yard working very well for PC's i-pads and iphones. Plugged into the company's modem (Spectrum) download mbps are 5-15 times higher than before.

The router works

The throughput of this router is great, we get close to what we should be getting from the ISP via Ethernet, and the wireless is around 500-600Mbps. The UI is awful, but workable. It is DD-WRT ready, but be warned the throughput on DD-WRT is lower due to software issues.
