Bought this for my parents who had just moved into a 1400sq ft apt on on floor. Both Wifi signals reach all rooms with no issues. Very easy set up, and the app is great.

This router took away my buffering and lag when I played my xbox 1 online. Now game play is smooth and lag free and all my devices run faster on this router highly recommended.

I recently was upgraded to 100mbps by charter but my old router couldn’t handle it. Got this bad chicken and not only do I get over 100, my range has been greatly extended.

I upgraded from a 802.11n router to this monster and the difference is night and day. This router handles all of our streaming and surfing needs with no issues. Netflix is now HD and no more buffering. Coverage area is awesome . I even lowered the transmission power to 25% as it was shooting over coverage to my neighbors. The final item I wanted to note was the ease of the set up process, as anyone who knows how to download an app from the app store on their smart phone will be able to set up this router without any issue. one last thing as I almost forgot to the router looks like a space ship. Which is awesome.

Great product high rate of Internet would recommend

I originally had an older Linksys and with that piece of Cisco being sold off (I was a solid Cisco backer) I took the opportunity to explore other companies and other products. I am moving my home technologies to newer N and AC networks and needed something faster than my old G network. This switch popped up and seemed to meet all of my needs. I purchased it and once I got it home, unpacked, and installed, I found it very easy to get up and running and working. I also found that the advanced functionality great for when I want to dive deep into the product functionality. A nice surprise was that the switch came with 4 different networks, two private and two public split across N and AC networks. Overall, on Comcast's network (Xfinity) I have had no issues and am very hapy with this product.

So far, this unit is working beyond what I expected. Install was was, very nice software to monitor my wi-fi. I also like the fact that the unit's firmware is upgradable. It will remain to be seen if Netgear actually does update the firmware, but I am hopeful they will. Few routers are upgraded on a routine basis.

This was an upgrade from the Netgear AC1750. I did get a bit better coverage but the jury is still out on the new device. Since installing it, I have had several interruptions in my WIFI, which I haven't had time to troubleshoot so I can't rule out the router as the cause. To be fair, I was experiencing some interruptions prior to replacement, but they seem to have increased with the new router. My rating is based solely on the expanded coverage I'm experiencing.

The new setup process made this extremely easy to set up. It provides great coverage and took less than ten minutes for me to connect to the internet. Speed is top notch.
