I bought this router to replace my airport express. Router is huge upgrade< I've struggled with wifi problems with every router I've ever owned. Not this one! Works great,easy set up.

Great wireless router! Took ~15 minutes to setup, using both wireless and LAN connections, for both data and video. Super reliability and speed, and for a great price.

Great throughput for streaming and excellent download speeds. Don't bother spending the extra money on the "new and improved" version of this router, the cost far outweighs the benefit. If you're looking for an alternative to this product, look to ASUS. Great router, the only difference would be the user interface isn't as polished.

Very easy to use and setup. My home wifi network works great now with the addition to this product. I highly recommend this product if you have a large area to cover.

This router is great and reaches throughout my home. The app helped accelerate the set up process and overall was easy to take out of the box and set up within minutes.

We've had this for a few months now and it hasn't lost connection with any of the devices that have connected to it. I only give it 4 stars because we have one computer that has trouble connecting to it; 3 other computers, iPad, and iPhone have no issues with it.

Setup was easy. Took only a few minutes to get it out of the box and set up. Coverage is great. Can go anywhere in my house or yard and still get full strength signal.

Set up was problem free. The app is helpful to do a speed test. Range is acceptable. It takes up more space than expected.

Overall, this has been a great purchase for me. I am fairly ignorant to the world of routers and modems, but this was simple enough to set up and configure. Speeds are significantly better than with my router/modem rental from Comcast, which claimed to have the fastest in home WiFi. The Nighthawk wins!

I love this NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router. It puts out a strong signal and the speed is really fast. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect router for you home or small business office.

After having my old router go out on me, i needed to replace it with one that had more range. This one fit the bill. It was easy to set up and get it working properly.

I'm not a tech geek so i was very pleased at how easy this router was to set up (literally in minutes). Also easy to change settings to make it more secure. My wifi now screams it's so fast!

We have a 3200 sq. ft house. The unit is located in the front left corner of the house. Coverage extends throughout the house and out to almost the end of the back patio. This is much better than my previous unit. I currently have the unit configured in non-router mode so it functions as just a base station and switch. I plan to reconfigure it so that it provides a different network to wireless clients with the unit's wan port assigned a local IP address. That will help protect my network from any house guests or outsiders. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to set up, even for a non-tech person. Works great too. My son-in-law, who is a tech person is very impressed that it worked so well with our new Longmont, CO fiber network.

used to replace a failed asus router. supports custom firmware such as tomato and ddrt. netgear firmware is easy for beginner to setup and be up and running. just make sure wireless is turned on physically on the router if having trouble with the wireless.

I decided to get this router due to the reviews and the awards it has one. I am in the process automating my home. I figured I need something more than a basic router that U-verse gave me. With the amount of connected devices I am starting to integrate oh, it was easy to see I'm eating more than basic. I'll be honest I have not noticed a drastic increase in Wi-Fi range. Although I do find that all of my connected devices run faster with little to no buffering at all. For the sale price I couldn't complain. If you're in the market and looking to spend less than two hundred bucks , I recommend this router
