I needed a better router for my office as we were suffering from a lack of speed due to the multiple devices needing access. There is at anytime as many as 8-12 devices connected, ie, laptops, cellular devices and iPads. We noticed a significant improvement to connection speed.

This router is one of the best routers that your money can buy. It is fast, easy to setup, and does its job extremely well. Also has dual bands which is very convenient.

Replaced an older router with this and saw an immediate improvement in speed and distance for wireless. Device was ridiculously easy to setup, thanks to the app.

Strong signal. Fast speeds. Getting over 140 mbps. Only small problem is we find it needs to reset about 2x/month. Good deal for the money.

The Nighthawk ac1900 Dual-Band Wifi router has been a life saver (literally) for my online gaming needs! No more annoying lag, everything is so much smoother & quicker!

The WIFI in our house was very inconsistent and would drop to almost nothing at times. We disabled WIFI in the router from our ISP and installed this. We haven't had a single problem since then, even when the entire family is over and everyone is on the WiFi.

I had terrible packet loss with my previous modem/router which I blamed my cable company. When they came they found that my signal was fine. I decided to buy this router as I could no longer take the unplayable situation on anything I tried. This router is completely awesome! The app is easy to use, I have it set up to automatically switch between 2 or 5 based on signal strength and location. Since getting it I have zero packet loss and my ping is excellent. I have about 15 things getting wifi in my setup. No more sluggishness.

Significant upgrade from our 7 year old router. Harder to place inconspicuously in the living room due to size.

read the Manuel to show you the tips and tricks to this router like QoS quality of service. It can give priority to certain devices for downloads and movies or TV shows. Also take advantage of the genie app and change the password on the router for more security ( recommended) Enjoy.

I replaced an older (10-year-old) router with the Netgear - Nighthawk. With the older router, I had good coverage near the router and poor coverage away from it especially in rooms blocked by walls. I also had to reset the router a lot (unplug it and then plug back in, to get coverage). With the Netgear - Nighthawk I receive excellent coverage near the router and good coverage 4 out of 5 bars in further away rooms, and I don't have to keep resetting the router. I thought at first I might also have to buy a repeater, but I didn't with this router. If you buy this router, I think you will be happy.

Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 wifi router really performs well. My wifi has not gone down since this was installed.

Brought my wireless speed up to what it should be. My wireless providers router gave 13 Mbps. My new router is on average 30 Mbps is what I pay for with my high speed internet service. I'm very happy with this unit.

Overall a great mid-tier router that’s reliable, full-featured and performs well. No problem setting it up using routerlogin- did not waste time with the setup app. If I had to criticize it, I would say that the form factor could do with improvement. It takes up too much shelf space. A more vertical form with narrower footprint would have been better for space and heat management/airflow. Great service and availability of product from Best Buy.

This went in easy and can handle Xbox one, another xbox, my mac computer and all my kids devices on it at the same time. Great product.

This router is blazing fast. It has a great app for the Iphone to monitor your wifi network and was easy to install. I have had it for a month and experienced not a single problem.

What a great router it's so much faster then my last one. Even with it in the basement I still get WiFi anywhere in the house. It's also nice to prioritize my gaming on this router.

Only purchased to replace an Asus with broken antenna's. Very good router that's powerful enough to cover my entire house and even into the yard. The router is placed in the finished basement (walkout ranch) and provides coverage to main floor good enough to stream from any device. I had some issues w/ UPnP on my wired xbox, but have since used Netgear tech support to setup Port Forwarding. All in all, great router.

Internet speed much faster than before. Set up was quick and easy. No connection problems. However, sometimes it takes a while for the devices to find the network

Very easy setup-only took me about 10 minutes. Works great and gives me a good signal both upstairs and downstairs.
