This router is extremely fast and provides great range. The dual band allows for devices to connect to the 2.4 or 5.0 signal. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this router. Easy to install (even for a non-techie like me). Works well providing WiFi throughout my house and with all of our devices.

We needed better WiFi coverage in our basement, I asked my Son-in-Law, who happens to be an IT guy, he said, you really need to broadcast through a hard wire connection. I said “ok”! Now what? He said, a hard wire connected router will solve the problem! We chose this router. It is exactly what we needed! Now when we go into the basement, the WiFi is excellent! It’s even faster than I expected to be!

I love this router. It’s rock solid and has fantastic speeds and coverage across a lot of our property.

Pros decent wifi coverage tested at 57 feet. Able to create guest network. Cons cant throttle bandwidth for the guest network. Best buy would not price match with competitor prices, but did take off $10 off their asking price. Lights are on top of the router in plain site, had to cover the router to avoid seeing the lights. Pretty easy setup, takes about 5 minutes.

-works great and is fast. -very easy installation! This was a great upgrade choice compared to our n600 :p

My old router still worked fine but couldn't handle the faster speed needed for downloads and extra devices . The Nighthawk keeps up with all my demands !

The NETGEAR - Nighthawk Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch fixed the weak spots in our house. We now don't have issues with streaming video in remote areas that previously experienced dropouts and slow performance. Although a little pricey, it was worth the investment.

my Xfinity router did not handle the speeds or cover my whole home. I installed the Nitehawk and turned of Xfinity now I have faster speeds throughout my home.

I though this was going to be a nightmare to set up. I am far from a electronic gadget geek. This was extremely easy to understand and set up. It increased my internet speed by a lot. Very Happy

The Nighthawk is amazing. I have a huge house, two story. There are 4 people living here using some kind of streaming device, and everything works great with no buffering.

I have owned a few wireless routers and this is by far the best one I have ever owned. It is amazingly simple to configure and the power is beyond belief. I also like the user interface where you can manage your devices and settings - it makes it more granular for people that more control over their wireless network. The price is a little high, but it is worth it in my opinion because you are paying for quality!

Very please with the distance thisnrouter can go. We have no dead spots I the house or in our yard. Great for streaming tv and music with multiple devices.
