Easy set-up. Extends the range greatly. Looks good also. Worth the investment.

I've long ago accepted that routers basically need to be replaced every few years to keep them running smoothly. As a Mac user I always got Apple's Time Capsule routers—even though they're obscenely over priced—because they were easy to set up. I finally gave this bad boy a try and I'm glad I did. Getting it up and running the way I wanted took only a few minutes of fiddling around with the web-based config. It was no more difficult than using Apple's Airport Utility app. As a bonus, it's delivering much faster WiFi speeds, and it apparently has much farther reach than the Apple TimeCapsule because I used to have to have an Airport Express set up as an extender at the other end of the house to get any signal. Now I get a strong signal with no extender at all. The ONLY drawback I see is that the only USB 3 port is on the front of the router. I guess someone might find that useful, but I find it ugly and annoying. If you're a Mac user tired of paying $400 for the Airport Time Capsule, just get this and a cheap 1 or 2 TB storage drive to work with TimeMachine and you'll have the same basic setup only it'll work better and you'll save about $100-$150.

So far it has greatly improved the range and speed of my wifi. It was very easy to setup with the app!

Great speed, fast connection, and good coverage. I have about 10 devices connected to it, and it doesn't lose speed.

Good range on the 2.4 GHz, double the range of Asus dark night it replaced. It does have a big foot print.

Super easy to set up, doesn't require manual resetting and so far has germ lightening fast. Great value for the price and product level.

This is a bada** router. I have a very old house with very thick walls and couldn't get wifi unless I was in the same room as the router. Until I bought this one. Now i get wife a6 full strength all over my 4000sqft house built in early 1800's

I had trouble with the original router I received from my internet provider. I purchased a second one which was recommended to me by a friend and that signal was also very weak. I heard great things about the Netgear Nighthawk so I thought I would give it a try. My signal strength was very good no matter where I was in my home. Just what I was looking for. I also had to contact Netgear for some technical support and was very happy with the level of service they provided.

Will always recommend NetGear products. They work the best out of all of them. My previous NetGear router just couldn't do the job. Live in a 2 story home and connection would hold most of the time but.....was getting older & wanted a newer, stronger one. This NetGear Nighhawk Router is working wonderful. So far no dropped signal. Have had it a few months and so far so good. Works much better than the previous one I had.

Boosted my speed up over 100MBPS throughout my house and my PS4 never loses signal now. Totally worth the money!

This router practically set itself up and has maintained clear and constant internet access for all my devices since the day I got it...what a change from my previous router, oddly also a Netgear product, that must have outlived its usefulness.

This router was a great purchase in our new home, to make sure that signal reaches and keeps speed consistently, 250mbps+ over WiFi

Covers 6400 sq ft house and 15 devices. My kids are constantly streaming movies and son playing video and it still hold strong signal

Checked online reviews for routers before deciding to purchase this one. Our previous router was over six years old and seemed to have problems with connecting to a new IPad and samsung smart phone . Had to reboot ever time we wanted to use Ipad. So since I installed this new Nighthawk we have had no problems. Installing was not real easy but in a fare amount of time our system was up and running. Haven't checked distance yet my service will reach but it has to be better than what I had before. Seems to be worth the price!

I purchased this router to expand the WiFi coverage in my home. It works great, just as advertised. When I went to best buy, I planned to purchase a different router, but the salesperson recommended this one. I'm very happy with my purchase.

A great router for non-tech people. Simple to set up, and performs very well. I live in a town house, and have zero signal issues anywhere with this router.
