I've used a many different modems, routers, and combos of the two. This is my second nighthawk router and as much as I have loved the nighthawk line, this one is a little buggy. It has great speeds, phenomenal features, but it gets temperamental when it needs a firmware update, and then starts acting up while trying to update it. I would recommend it for the price, however Netgear is about to release another nighthawk for supposedly $10 more. You might want to get that one.

I was able to set it up but wifi wasn't working. I had to look up what to do and other reviews said to update the software. Had to plug in my computer to update it. Now it works. I like how it has an app that you can take control of who is using wifi and disable it or change different settings like guest wifi and limit use. There is also a way to block stuff for kids but I don't have any of those so I haven't tried using that yet. Also, it will only be as fast as the Internet that you buy from your service provider.

Easy set-up Speed is great, and i've had no issues with dropped connections.

Easy setup great range good speed. I also enjoy buying my tech from best buy as they keep a record of everything you buy.

Wonderful coverage of the entire house! The wireless is on the second level and even my son has fast, reliable coverage in the basement.

I've always heard good things about NetGear NightHawk routers and had always wanted one. I finally purchased one and have not looked back! It works perfectly for streaming to multiple devices, as well as it has dual xbox one support. That was a high priority when purchasing a new router. The routers I've had in the past, I'd always have to restart them because they'd either stop responding or they would get too hot to function properly. I have had absolutely no issues from the nighthawk!

This product is amazingly fast and great for 3 level house. Fast for gaming and also Netflix Hulu and people who love watching tv online.

The Netgear AC1900 router really increased my range over my old Belkin AC1200. The speed difference is not really that noticeable, but I have a three story home with an in law suite attached and this router covers everything and the front and back yard. Previously I had to have a range extender which was slower and lost connection periodically. I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth the money for the upgrade, but the increase in range alone made it worth while. Bestbuy matched the amazon price and I got reward points, so can't beat the cost!

I install the night hawks when a home needs their signals extend for two story homes. Always work well and easy to set up.

This router for the price was definitely worth it my cable internet speeds doubled and multiple devices run well now as well!

I had a another netgear that was good for streaming video, but the nighthawk dual band is much faster and has a longer range.

We live in the country, needed a wireless router that would be strong enough for our 4 televisions throughout our 2 story home, as well as a printer and computer...the sales associate at Best Buys recommended this Nighthawk and we are 110% satisfied! We highly recommend the Nighthawk for its capabilities, the value and Best Buys for their knowledgeable associates who assist and help, never any high pressure!

Third Netgear device owned and by far the best. Price matched from Amazon. Staff at the Henrietta Store knowledgeable and friendly. Love it. I have 2 slamrt TV's and six WIFI devices. Worth the Money.
