Purchased this router as a replacement for an aging older model. Very pleased with it. Easy setup and has ability to customize settings to your needs. I am not a beginner at this but not a wizard either. Very pleased with it. Allows you to monitor your traffic on it to see what is going on and potential hacks. Have now had it for awhile and it is working perfectly,.

I have had this router for more than 2 months and it is working great. We have 5 computers, a smart TV , 3 smart phones and 2 Roku and these are all able to get excellent WiFi signal all over the house. Everyone is happy!

I needed it to reach my garage from my basement and it did. My connection is still fast and does the job. Great router.

After my Belkin router decided to call it quits earlier this semester, I was in need of a new, stronger router to use in my apartment. I did some research on different models, and this one stood out as the best for the price-range. Safe to say, it is one of the best purchases that I have made! It works great with my 3 room-mates, as well as anyone else that comes by. Strong enough for all of us to be online with wifi, and to still have the PS4 and Xbox1 hooked up for online play.

Simple to set up and install. It has some good features, handles all of our WiFi demands and I like the WiFi range.

I need a strong router to cover all the areas of my home and this model did the trick oerfectly. I wanted a separate router/modem combination so I could get better performance from my Comcast service. I bought a surfboard as well and they work wonderfully together. I’m paying for 75Mbps and I’m getting as high as 125 Mbps everywhere in the house. We have at least 4 devices running at any one time and there’s no hiccups or lags, ever.

I live in a two story house and full bars throughout. Multiple devices connected at the same time with no issues.

Before I had really lousy WiFi reception. With this router my signal strength is awesome and streaming is uninterrupted.

This router paired well with my Motorola Cable Modem, was easy to set up and performs perfectly across my home and yard.

Currently there are only three top end routers to choose from. Asus AC68u, Linksys EA6900 and Netgear Nighthawk R7000. The only reason I choice this one, consider the hardware is essentially the same is the frequency of the processor. Was it the right decision? It works great. Of course with brand new hardware the firmware will still need to be ironed out, but from what I have read that is typically for all three routers? Am I happy with my decision? Yes.

Great upgrade from Optimum-supplied router. Easy set-up and great app to monitor/test signal strength, etc.
