We were having trouble with our wireless speeds with several devices tying into the system. ie phones tablets, laptops, Roku, PlayStation etc. This helped allow the devices to run better at the higher speeds.

Purchased this router to power the wifi for my Tachus fiber optic internet modem. This was a very simple process with little difficulties. The results have been great with very good reception within our whole house. We are very pleased. This was our second NetGear Nighthawk. The other was a router/modem for Suddenlink. It too was a very good product.

Has sped up my internet really well and reaches each room in my apartment.

First time installing my own router and had a little hiccup. I thought it was plug and play. Some how, my modem router didn't link with each other when I turned it "on". It could possibly an operator error but I don't know where I made my mistake. I had to call customer service to help me. Customer service was very helpful and made it work. So far, it's working like a charm. I can't comment on the quality as of yet, since I just purchased this router within few months ago.

Everything about this router is great. I get all bars in all my rooms. The speed is very fast. No problems with this router at all.

It's an great router, it's fast, long range, and for me it was a good price too.

Works as advertised. No glitches nor hang ups. Used to power up the wifi at home, but didn't get much more than the box my isp provided. I like being able to attach a drive and printer for network printing and storage.

This was easy to set up. The problem was everyday at some point my devices said I had WiFi but I was not connected to the internet - very annoying. I called Netgear twice and after several hours (total time on the phone) the agent figured out we needed to reset to the previous firmware version 10.2.64. For some reason Armor, the security software, was the culprit. I did not install Netgear Armor Bitdefender Total Security on my devices.

I bought this router in hopes that it would give me better range with faster speeds. After 3 months, it has performed as expected.
