My last router started going south on me. Read up all the tech sites and saw Asus but then I saw reviews for Netgear Nighthawk which sold me. I got mine on sale which I consider to be a bonus. The difference between this router and my old N router is like the difference between flip phones and smart phones. I still cannot believe how *easy* it was to setup and how many options I have to play with that are not confusing. I will purchase Netgear routers in the future. No more D-Link for me.

NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router is really awesome because it downloads all the app programs with no rebutting or waiting times. My Netflix / DirectTV Now / Pandora never get stock with this model. I recommend it all you run on your Smart TV is apps. Netgear provides better internet speed/download. I am very happy with it.

Like the title says, speed and converge is amazing but for one app, HULU would always trip this router up. Everything works well up until I would fire up HULU. couple of minutes into it and WIFI or router would die. Only solution was to reboot router wait couple of minutes and repeat. Very annoying, so decided to upgrade to Linksys AC3000. good thing is for everything else, the R7000 is speedy thanks

We needed to upgrade our router and the sales person highly recommended this product. We are so glad that we listened to his suggestion. It's nice having three different choices for your router speed.

Router easy to install. It provided immediate speed increase to all connected devices. Range is good too.

The nighthawk works well for my needs. I am a student and my husband is an online gamer. We had a few issues when we first set it up but that was related to COX being the worst internet provider. Once they finally fixed there issue we haven't had any more issue with the signal being weak. It also works in the areas we had trouble with before due to how thick our brick wall is. It is great for our needs and I would recommend to others

A solid router with the ability to speed up your gaming and streaming performance....at a reasonable price.

Router was easy to setup. Much faster than than my old router, with a better menu screen. Videos download faster too. Very nice, good buy.

This router is really great in that it helps disperse internet throughout my place and also provides me with an option to leverage the app to set it up, manage access and get a report of any activity with my internet access. I like how reusable this is and know that I can take this along with me to any new place I move to in the future.

Had it for about 4 months now. Significantly better range and performance than our old router. Streams movies to all areas of the house. Really like the ability to add a shared hard drive via usb3 port.

Very pleased. House is 3400 sq ft. Have around 10 or more devices and all work great, no dropped connections
