Great router set up was fast and easy! My Wi-Fi has been faster and no buffering like i was having before

Set up was fairly easy. Works great. Have been using it for a few weeks now and no problems.

My grands have school fun things to do on thier tablets and now we can allow them as well as all our children and grands when visiting to be online. We live in a country location that barely gets internet service as it is so this also pulls in a little addt'l reading. Very easy to hookup. The only downside is the price has to be so high. I've already had 2 others going to buy the same unit after seeing mine and getting the specs, pricing and where to buy...

I purchased this NETGEAR wifi router based on the performance of another NETGEAR wifi router that I purchased, and because I wanted to make sure there was enough signal strength for coverage in a 2-story townhouse. Reviews claimed this wifi router adequately covered larger and 2-story houses. Success! This router has good signal strength throughout (shows max signal on our wifi devices). Highly recommended.

Overall great router. Has sufficient range for our to reach our basement from the second floor of our house. Only complaint would be that automatic firmware updates have caused android devices to lose internet connectivity. Recommend not having firmware updates set to automatic and that you for issues on the internet before you update firmware.

Performance is great, really good coverage and many features on the web console. The android app not so good.

Bought this to replace an Asus router that was on its way out. Easy hook up and works great.

I had the standard Time Warner cable modem and router before this unit. It was less than optimal and I spent half my time finding good coverage in the house. I purchased the unit and had Geek Squad come and install it. Lets just say it is a vast improvement and I have even better speed throughout my house, even the basement!! It has a handy app so you can manage the network easily from the comfort of your couch.

Since i am now working from home and virtual meetings nowadays out internet speeds would plummet with multiple people on calls at once. Speeds dropped to below 10mbps and connection in the basement or outside was impossible. Since upgrading to this router I can now be anywhere in the house and have extremely fast.

I purchased a new NetGear Nighthawk router at the recommendation of a Best Buy store clerk. I was very surprised at how the cost had risen since my last router purchase. It works fine, but no other night light is needed in either the room it is in, nor the hallway or other bedrooms as it projects quite a glow. It also takes up more space on my desk, and came with poor directions.

This is a great router that was very easy to install. It increased my download speed by over 30% and allowed me to take full advantage of my newer tech gadgets (Note 3, Ipad Air, Nexus 7, iphone 5S. Highly recommend this router.

Upgraded to the latest model of this product. Difficult to set up and had to call their tech support. In the end it did not work any better that the older model so I returned. Got a mesh system for less money that works much better and was less costly.

We had a TP Link router which was great and then the Pandemic hit and we need something that could hold up against 2 desktops, 2 Laptops, streaming devices, phones, etc. The nighthawk was a great choice and works with ALL the technology we have in the house. I can play my PS4 while my fiance is working on another project for work.
