Since purchasing this external router, her coverage has yet to drop any signals, etc. This was the perfect device she need to provide her with a stress-free school life. I'm so proud of her!!!!!

Great Router for Range Isues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This router gives you great range, I have 100mg cable service and I can still receive 3mb at 360ft away from router. The down side to this router is it is not as fast as my hard wired cable connection with only about 60mb of speed 3ft from router and about 50mg to 60mb at 30ft. This is still very good and much better than my old router.

My second Netgear router

This is the 2d Netgear Nighthawk router I have had, and I also had help installing it from a Geek Squad member. It seems to be reliable, and working well to keep the little network running. Trouble free is the key for me. Also 5 years of service is pretty good I think.

The fastest was 10 Mbps. Then our cable guy looked at the router and nicely recommended this nighthawk and now BOOM! 105 Mbps WiFi! That’s right not hardwired but WiFi! I would write more but I would not do the router justice! My wife and I have been very very happy with this purchase!

Another Great Netgear Product

The ones I've purchased from Netgear, however, have almost always worked well and been reliable. This is no exception--I've had it drop once in the couple months I've owned it; other than that, it's worked substantially better than the router that preceded it. I think I'll be sticking with Netgear for the foreseeable future.

WOW, am I glad we got it. Our credit card processing is the fastest, most secure I've seen! My customers love it! There are so many things you can do with this router like limit content for family members/employees and set optimal security settings. It's amazing! Easy to set up and configure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
