This really improved the wireless signal in my place. No more dead spots and super fast.

I bought this because my cell phone had maybe 1 bar about 5 feet from my house outside and only 1 bar in my dining room. Now I have 5 bars everywhere in my home and 4 bars outside. This is one strong performer!

We’ve been getting by for years with lesser routers but now that we stream TV, we decided it was time for a better one when we began to have problems with the old one. The Netgear has been great - effective and reliable inside and outside the house. The only negative is you may have to make a call when setting it up because instructions can be a bit confusing

I had an old airport express and it was fine in my apartment. Recently I moved into a townhome. I have 3 floors in my townhome and my airport express was not enough. Netgear Nighthawk solved the issue. I get full speed at every corner of my house in every floor. Highly recommend this. Also, I want to thank the Best Buy associate who helped me purchasing this.

For the first 3-4 months this was a great router, but then starting having daily (sometime multiple times per day) reset bug that Netgear router have now experienced for years and seems immune to fixes. So far no even Netgear tech and engineers have come up with an explanation. By resetting the firmware to a prior version I've gotten the resets down to once a day or every other day, but not solved even after hours of research and multiple attempts to change settings. It works well otherwise, but at some point in 2021 I will likely replace it with a different brand router. This is my 3rd Netgear router over the last dozen years and it's unfortunately not going to last the 5-7+ years the last two did.

Increase in the speed with Greenlight is noticeable, BUT the darn thing quits working, every 1-2 days, and need to be reset. It's not Greenlight, so that only leaves one option. Not been able to figure that out and it typically quits while I'm using it, so not sure if it reconnects itself.

Very easy set up and improved internet. Good value also
