Great Wi-Fi router with excellent range throughout the house. Easy set-up

This is a second purchase for an early Christmas gift. I love mine so much! Based on OOKLA tests before and after the installation, this router more than doubled both my download and upload speeds! I had a minor glitch (my error) with the installation and customer service was super helpful and fast getting me connected. Absolutely great!

I have bought several Netgear Routers and this one is the winner. It’s worth every penny that I paid for it. I haven’t had to reboot it once. I’ve had it for two months plus. It has great range and is good for Xbox gaming. I’m running 2 SmartTVs and 2 iPhones and a iPad and 2 laptops constantly without any issues in about 2400 sq feet.

I purchased this router because it offers dual band. I needed the 2.4 ghz band to control devices that do not use a smarthub and also require the lower band. Set up was easy and quick. NETGEAR also offers a free app to control and monitor the router.

delivers good speeds on 2.4 and 5 ghz frequencies. Netgear Genie app has many good features and shows saturation limit as well. Good range and signal strength.

Works as described! I have a two level home and no longer have dead spots. I even have a good signal outside!

Best Buy associate assured me that this is what I needed for increased wifi signal and it really does work from one end to another of our 5000+ sq. foot home.

Need this to replace the WiFi in my Cox router. that was single band and limited range. This Netgear R7000 unit has great range and versatility. I use it for a WAP now and get signal everywhere in this large house. Not the absolute latest, but the price for performance was something that I could not pass up. May eventually have this unit operate as a full router.

When I had my internet service installed for my new residence, the installer said he could install his router, but it wouldn't be that good. He recommended I get this router, especially if I had a larger range I needed to cover. I installed the Netgear and have had great signal strength ever since.

This wireless router is what i should have bought a year ago. It handles all the wireless requirements in the household. Including phones, printers and laptops.

Wireless coverage over whole two story house. Great software. Easy to see what components are connected. Firmware updates easy to get and install, almost automatic.

My Apple router went out after several years. I wanted something that would give better coverage. My home has three levels. This Nighthawk router performs better than I expected. I get coverage on all levels without an extender. I also get great streaming performance for my 4K TVs. Great product!
