Great Router for all our electronics!

This router did not disappoint! Great bandwidth, allows multi devices to be used at once with no lag time! Will definitely stay with Netgear for any future products, great quality!

MY ENTIRE HOME IS WI-FI READY 2 FLOORS WITH DIRECT CAT 5 CABLE TO EACH NETGEAR GEAR ROUTER FROM DSL ROUTER CABLE RAN THROUGH ATTIC AND CRAWSPACE FOR DIRECT CONNECT TO PRIMARY DSL WI FI SPEED NOT AS FAST AS I HAD ANTICIPATED.... ROUTER WORKS GREAT FOR STREAMING MOVIES..BEST THAT I HAVE HAD!!! PRICE SHOULD BE LESS THOOUGH IN THIS DAY.

Solved my problem but very difficult to install

However, I needed help from Netgear to install. It took two professionals over an hour at a cost of $180. The sales associate thought I could install it myself. I should have made use of my Geek Squad membership. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, one needs to be 8-10 in order to install the unit oneself. I'm a 4-6.

Sits in a corner office on the upper level of a walk out and the signal is strong downstairs at the other end of the house. And, it can be easily configured to automatically download and install its periodic security updates. The tech reviews were correct, this one's a winner. Best Buy text staff were helpful with set up tips.

Tweak to have a decent devise firmware

I used DDWRT to unlock the full potential of the hardware. The built it firmware is invasive, straight up trash and practically useless for the power of the hardware. It would be 5 star if it had open software in it.
