I had had a Netgear Router, N600, before I bought the Nighthawk, so I knew how simple the set up and use was, that is why I decided to go with Netgear again... Easy set up right out of the box, and super easy to maintain and use.

It resolved my buffering and lag issues with my network. I'm running 2 game consoles, 4 televisions, 2 laptops, and 2 cellular devices regularly, and this router is the only reason I'm not having issues anymore.

I would purchase this item again. It is a good brand and I would recommend it to other people I know.

We have multiple devices running at all times in our house and this hasfor sure improved our internet connection.

If you have a lot of gadgets going at once, this Router does the trick. You won’t notice any lagging and you maintain the speed capacity. The router is downstairs and we are all upstairs but it doesn’t slow streaming or downloading down. Great product!

Works good at current time. We are happy with the coverage throughput the house.

Even the Direct TV guy said it was one of the best there is and that we made a good investment.

We live out in the boonies so we are limited to satellite or radio. We tried satellite first then went to radio and chose this router. Our internet speed is pretty great. We have family living with us so we have 11 items hooked up to WiFi and it works great!

The Netgear nighthawk has just been awesome since I’ve hooked it up. I’ve noticed faster response times and speeds with all my devices I would highly recommend this product.Customer service was just great!

Had a router that went out went and got a cheap one from best buy. Took it back immediately and paid the extra money and got this one. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and get this router you will not be disappointed. Great speed, looks good, and did i mention great speed!

I purchased this router on the recommendation of our internet provider and they were absolutely on point with their recommendation. The router works as advertised and was easy to set up, even for this beginner.

Pushes signal more than strong enough to reach past my back yard. I have a remote office and didn't want to dig and drop cable. So far this thing has worked perfect. No data loss or desync. Thing works as advertised and beat my expectations.

The router was easy to set up and works as expected, but instructions for accessing the router app and advanced settings don't work. I've tried accessing it on a mobile device and a wireless computer, but it looks like I'll have to connect the Ethernet cable to the computer. Boo

The product comes with easy to use instructions. You essentially connect it up and your done. The features that came with this product far exceeded my expectations. What a really great product. I will be using more of their products.

Bought this to provide coverage in a 40,000 sqft hangar. I expected it only reach about halfway across the hangar, but to my surprise it provides coverage to almost he entire facility including the offices. Setup was easy as has been my experience with previous Netgear routers.

Handles many devices, no issues with connecting to anything both in the house and outside as well.

The router's ridiculously bulky and its performance on the 2.4GHz, though fast, is slower than its top competitor. Its Web interface doesn't offer access to its parental control feature, and the Netgear Genie mobile app doesn't work over the Internet.

Was going to get a but of a cheaper model, but this was on sale and was only a extra $30 when I bought it and it was well worth the price. Internet never drops, great connection with great distance. I get 100mbps and am super happy with this.

I'm giving this router only 3 stars because of the agonizingly slow setup time. The first thing it wants to do is find any other routers on your network. I have a simple home network. No other routers. Why it took such an Inordinate amount of time I can't tell. It was so long that I thought it had locked up so I rebooted. I finally walked away and came back later. It had finally decided there were no other routers. Then just yesterday it decided to cut my internet speed in half. The only way to get it back was to do a "paperclip" reset and completely start over. Thankfully, the time it took to find another router wasn't so bad. I'm fairly tech savvy, it was the router that was causing the problem. When it is working it works well. I would not recommend this to a friend.
