Replaced an older wireless router with this unit and aside from a few issue with updating the firmware, it has been reliable and easy to set up. Having 2 USB ports is a very helpful feature and the signal is excellent throughout my home.

This really does the job. Many electronics on it and works great.

I had an old tplink wireless router, and after it would disconnect a lot I needed to get another one. I did a lot of research and after looking into my max speeds and range needed this one was the best choice for me.

I was looking for a router that would take care of the speed of the devices that I have in the house, router exceeded my expectations.

This router was recommended by the streaming tv company I'm using. Works fine.

I was having a lot of issues with my wifi reaching upstairs in my home. My house is 2-story and about 2700 sqft. Since getting this, I have had no issues getting a signal throughout my house, and in close proximity outside of the home.

Set up was very easy, works well. Plugged it it and hooked it up.

This was 2nd router I purchased. This one works great in my large 2 story house.

The instructions aren't super and this required a little fiddling around to set up the network. For someone more tech savvy, it may not be an issue. Once I got it configured, all the streaming devices working well.

In my opinion Netgear makes great products. I have owned several.

Full coverage in my house without a single problem straight out of the box.

I thought when I bought this it would complicated to install and use. It installed very easy and works with everything I have (i.e. TV, laptop, XBOX360, notebook, cellphones). Just plug into modem and go.

Great wireless router. Can skype with family members without it going in and out.

We have att uverse and do a lot of live broadcasts so we needed to maximize our 100 speed internet. While it is t perfect we feel it has helped to get some better performance over the supplied att equipment.

Makes 4g wireless super fast!! Just got for the holidays and so far no complaints

I needed a fast router for playing games on my home computer but i didn't know what to get,thankfully the sales clerk at Best Buy knew just what I needed! The Nethear Nighthawk is just what I needed. As far as I'm concerned it's the best.

Purchased in November 2016 to replace a 3 year old Netgear WNDR4300 that had started to give us problems. The Nighthawk has much better range and we no longer need the WiFi extender that we were using. So far so good and the family is happy. This router doesn't have the ability to put in key words that you can block as was there in the previous model we had , so eliminating the "bad" sites doesn't work so well. We have the Netgear parental application running, but it doesn't seem to work and the "bad" sites still load despite having them flagged. The ability to control and filter these sites is the main reason I have stayed with Netgear, but now not so sure that will be the case going forward, as we seem to have to replace the routers every 3 years or so, and there are other options available. Like the router, but don't like the inability to filter out the inappropriate sites like before.

I had a different router and when it went bad I was looking for an upgraded router. There is so much more demand on wireless systems these day that I needed to step up my technology and Netgear is the way to go. It's fast and meets my demands.

Very strong signal strength so far. I bought one for myself and my parents. My mom loves the fact that when she has a zoom meeting, it connects and the video looks great!!
