This was an upgrade from an old Netgear router that was slow (56mps). I needed the upgrade so I could operate a new smart tv I'd purchased. I'm very pleased with the in-store advice from an associate and the overall product.

I have had trouble finding a router to reach my back bedrooms until I purchased the Netgear Nighthawk. It works great without any signal loss, not to mention I have 3 tablets, 1 laptop, and 3 cell phones running on this router.. Its works perfect.

Netgear equipment is very reliable in the near term. However, the Netgear router I replaced was less than two years old. I hoped for better endurance.

We upgraded to this and we love it, I would recommend this to anyone!!

I had wifi range issues as well as speed. I used at&t router in the past and comcast latest router recently. I had range problems and also slow speed with comcast router so I got this Netgear router in hope of solving both issues, which it did for me.

Router was easy to setup if you use the nighthawk app on the apple app store. once setup I saw an improvement of speeds over wireless connections. good buy

This thing is fast, the software interface is very strong and intuitive.. but WHY is the usb 3.0 port on the front of the router and every other port on the back... makes the installation a little unsightly. Other than that... great unit

I bought this router along with arris modem and had rcn hook up both. I have yet to an issue with interruptions in streaming. Great product for the price

We had our cable company install this router, and so far it has worked really well. I haven't had to restart it at all, like I did my old router that I rented from Cox.

I elected to buy this router rather than pay monthly for the one provided by Spectrum and it works perfectly. It's really easy to set up and use. It meshes perfectly with the internet speeds I'm getting.

Overall great router, works much better than the one you get from your provider. Noticeably better! Would recommend to anyone. Better than paying them $10 per month to use theirs.

This router is a powerhouse it works very well for standard sized home up to 1200 sq ft it has never failed me as long you keep up on your software updates it'll serve multiple devices just fine.

The Nighthawk has improved connection speeds tremendously.

Hooked up 3 more items on Christmas hopefully that won't slow things.

Needed to upgrade router and purchased this one. Plenty of features and customization options for the more advanced home office. Provides great speeds and strong signal. Very satisfied.

At this point, I'm can't give this router more than an average rating because I've been having an issue since I started using it. At least once a day we lose connection to the internet. I obtained an updated modem from my service provider thinking that was the problem, but the issue persists. Now I suspect the problem is the router. I may be returning this device soon.

It was easy to set up. We had no problems working through the process.
