I had brought back a Linksys router because I couldn't get it setup even with 2 hrs. with their help desk. I thought Netgear would be a good second choice. Got it home and all plugged in. I went to set it up and I couldn't get in by browsing to the IP address to set it up. So I spend another hour with some foreign help desk that had no technical knowledge except what was on her computer screen. So I was packing it up to take back and I noticed a small flyer about a setup app you could download to your phone and use it. I downloaded the app. and was able to get right in and do the setup. It would have been nice if the help desk had mentioned the app from the beginning.

If you have a 2200 sq fr home. This is perfect. This is also dual band, perfect for 6-8 devices. With QoS (quality of service?), you can manage and prioritize bandwidth dedication; gaming or streaming or just surfing.

The Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 works as the ad said it would and we really appreciate all its features. We wanted a high quality router as we changed from the cable company providing internet-TV combo to fiber optic internet. It was easy to setup. We really like that if people come we can give them the password to our "Guest Wifi" and still maintain the confidentiality of our "Home Wifi" as the unit offers a dual Wifi user access. It also has dual band and this allows us to use our cell phones and tablet while simultaneously using our computers since all these function on different bands. And neither loses speed in upload and download.

I needed to upgrade and this router is perfect for the 10-15 electronics that r hooked up.. best part about it is you can prioritize by equipment.. for example my Xbox 1s has priority and it doesn't hesitate anymore playing madden17 online

I've had this router about a month now and I can see a marked improvement over my ISP's free router for sure. It's got great coverage for our 2850 sq foot home. I like it's interactive features using the app too.

Ended up having the Geek Squad come and install just because the old router wouldn't let the new one be installed. Otherwise, after they got it installed, worked great...so far anyway:)

This router is super easy to set-up. The app that I have on my smartphone makes it really easy to change settings for my router. I haven't had any problems at all and I definitely recommend this router for the price!!

Purchased this unit as upgrade from 6 year old Linksys router. Needed bandwidth for 4 teenagers streaming video and games. Router performed as indicated and greatly improved speed. Have had no issues since installing the unit 2 months ago.

I haven't had this for long but so far so good. I had a very old one at my mom's place and I needed to replace it for better range and security.

I upgraded my wireless network to this router from a N900. Setup was easy. I stream 4 TVs, 4 laptops, 3 cell phones. I use the smart connect feature . No issues have been experienced.

I needed a router for my P.O.S. U-Verse system that dropped Wi-Fi signal constantly. With this router and a few You Tube vids, Wi-Fi is super stable and great range throughout my home and yard.

Our speed for our wi fi has greatly improved since we installed the new router.

My old Linksys router couldn't push wifi to my new smart tv upstairs...installed this and my signal is fantastic...also getting download speeds that I wasn't getting before...my turbo internet is what it should be...great buy!

I've owned previous models of this router and have never had any issues. Consistent speed and never had any signal concerns. Would highly recommend for anyone with a truly high speed connection.

Use it for streaming, gaming and Internet stuffs. But have lag spikes at times.
