Got this router to replace an outdated Netgear router that was no longer supported. With the old router, our laptop that runs Windows10 was constantly dropping the network connection. Since installing this new router, I have not had any network connectivity issues with any of our laptops and specifically no issues with the one running Windows10. So, very happy so far as this router solved a very frustrating problem we were having. Setting it up took longer than I expected as I couldn't log in to the new router via Ethernet or wireless initially but eventually got things sorted out. I'm going to chalk that up to the fact that I'm not super "techie" and it was pretty late at night, so the old brain probably wasn't as sharp!

Technically, it gets the job done. Wired and wireless connections both work well. Physically, it's ugly. Would buy again (I bought two).

Setup, installation and configuration was very easy, all within the free app. The feature that allows you to block users from your network or block specific devices is very useful.

Never had a problem getting my wifi throughout my 1000 sqft townhouse, especially since was in the first room of the house, it went all the way to other end.

I'm a little set-up phobic and even I was able to remove it from the box, hook it up and get it to work. We have an old home with lots of old, dense framing wood and a marble wall in one of the more central rooms that we're aware reduces transmission strength. With that in mind, we knew it was a big ask for any router to be able to allow us to stream from all rooms. It's better than our old router but not perfect, even after trying different locations for the router. Sometimes when two of us are online at the same time, it will drop or slow down one of us. None of us are gamers but we do stream video.

Needed a new router, got this one. So far so good.

Very easy to set up and navigate through app. Not the strongest for large homes but worth it for small families

I stream a lot of movies through vudu, TV through hulu, and music through xbox. Previously I used an Apple router. I was encountering a lot of buffering. Listening to music was horrible. Before I installed this new router I measured network speeds at the far end of the house and within 10 yards. After installing this router, all speeds (upload/download, close/far end) increased by at least 50%. No more buffering. It works great. I wished it looked as good as the Apple router...but stuff over fluff,.

Doesn’t work well with my VOIP phone. Need to call

Have several electronics per person so I choose a router that could disperse + handle the traffic for a large loft with bricks walls. For the most part it works well but sometimes it needs to be rebooted

Seems to work fine but I had to reset it once, otherwise it's ok.

We have had this unit for awhile works great but sometimes it’s needs a reboot maybe looking yo get a new one shortly

Upgraded from ac 1200 to ac 1900, and I don't have any lags anymore. I don't know as much as I should. My wifi is is alot better than it was. 20 different items online and working smoothly!

Regularly downloads at speeds in excess of 80 mbps

Good product. I would recommend this product to future buyers.

Recommended by friend to replace my old DD-WRT router. Sure flashing.g router was fun, but it is totally different when you buy a luxury product like this router.

It seems to work well, at least the kids have quit complaining!
