I bought this NETGEAR Nighthawk Wireless Router to replace and upgrade my existing system. I installed and system with ease. It connected my computers, IPad and Android phone quickly. I highly recommend NETGEAT.

I needed a router that would cover a 5000 square foot house with plaster walls. Apparently, plaster acts as a sponge for wireless signal until this router. Not only do I have full signal anywhere in the house I can finally have signal out on the porches as well without additional access points. Another great benefit of this is the secondary "guest" options so I can give guests wireless access to the internet without giving them access to my network and servers. Netgear hit the ball out of the park on this one. I haven't found any negatives at all so far after a couple months of use.

Recommended by friend to replace my old DD-WRT router. Sure flashing.g router was fun, but it is totally different when you buy a luxury product like this router.

This router is pretty easy to install, and provides decent, but not the best range. I would recommend a higher end model if you live in a large two story home, and/or would like a consistent signal outside.

My previous router didn't give good coverage to all areas of my house. With this netgear router I can use wifi on my tablet from the most distant corner. Very pleased.

Not as many resets are necessary for this router as my last one, but we still have some slowed down periods which may be attributable to multi users at the same time. It is solid and was reasonably priced.

Our last router was outdated and unreliable. We purchased this one because we now have multiple computers and we wanted a faster connection. Also, it was recommended by my son, who works at the Bridgewater Best Buy store in Fairfield, OH.

I bought this router to improve on issues I was having with a smaller, les powerful Netgear router. This one was a piece of cake to set up but the router itself was a disappointment. I have had to do several hard resets of the router by unplugging it and plugging it back in to restore internet. With it being dual band, one network has been flawless, but the second band goes out constantly and the only fix is to unplug and replug it in. Frustrating.

Haven't had a ton of time to test out the range, but it stays connected well for the most part! Had one time where it cut out but I wasn't sure if it was the router or my provider.

I just recently bought my third one of the same model. I bought two for family members which I lived with and now one more for my new home. I need reliable and fast connectivity for all my devices and know that this router is capable of doing this as long as the IP supports it. In the past 4 years now from the first one I bought, I haven't had any real issues other than an occasional reset. A little bit pricey for me, but this router is definitely worth getting!

The router is great for gaming and 4K streaming protocols. After installing this product my performance was where I needed it to be for my TV Room and Game Room. Great Product...

Easily handles the blazing speed coming from my cable provider. Allows me to work with several devices simultaneously. Would definitely recommend.
