Not sure if it's my internet service or the modem but occasionally we have a bad day I'm pretty sure this thing is solid.

Was worth the upgrade. No more lag when I play PS4 online and never get booted from my gaming sessions.

I had a 10 year old unit before and it was so and antiquated. This unit was super easy to install and shows you all the details. It is great

Works exactly as described. I have a large stick built 2 story home (4200sqft) and I get a signal everywhere including outside.

I bought this to replace an aging network of Airport Extreme base stations. The R7000 needed a bit of configuring to avoid duplex mismatches and to serve DHCP addresses to my entire network (wired and wireless) rather than the all-in-one modem and router provided by my ISP, but once it was set up, I've rarely had to reboot, and I always get the maximum advertised bandwidth both on WiFi and wired. Works exactly as advertised with excellent range throughout my entire home and outside too.

This is my 10th piece of Netgear tech and it just keeps getting better.

This router has really improved our entire home network and connected home. East setup and quick pairing were seamless.

I am not going to pretend that I know a lot about routers and the tech behind them. That being said, this router replaced a 3 year old Linksys N router, and it has outperformed the old one in every way. I used to get a slow connection that would often drop its signal. This router has not dropped its signal since I put it in weeks ago. The throughput is also great - much faster than my old N router. It's pretty easy to set up. Basically plugged it in, made some security adjustments, the re-started the computer. Voila! A new improved router!

Doing what it's supposed to do and that's all anyone can ask for. Speeds are amazing now! Wish I would have upgraded sooner!
