    First off, let me state that I am not a technical person. I hooked the router up, and what they don't tell you, and probably should, there's a little QRC, QC,? code ON THE PLASTIC bag, that most normal people throw away. This code has to be scanned with your smartphone. Luckily, I kept that bag. After a call directly to Netgear, they assisted me in the process.

    Seemed great but I couldn’t get it to be used as a second router due to the first routers settings. Which I had to return but wasn’t due to this routers performance. Had good Wi-Fi signal strength, took off a star because the plastic did feel cheap. Just holding it would cause the plastic to somewhat be pushed in or ‘click’ out of place…weird
