No better than my old router

We felt it would give us better range and our old router was just that, old. We were able to buy it while it was on sale which was a plus. To date, it has not performed any better at reaching our bedrooms on the opposite end of the house. Our home is one level and fairly small. My son still brings his laptop to the living room to avoid spotty reception. Not really what I was hoping for.

Very powerful unit
