not the best product. I owned this product for a matter of months, until a blip in power at my house had occured... And what had happened is it blew up the device. I could not get it to connect to the internet, I could not get the device to reset itself, could not get into the configuration of the device. No more than 6 months did I own this before it died on me.

Had a dead spot in my bedroom and kept losing signal. Upgrade and new one works great

the unit itself does ok. The support at the store is limited to asking if I called the help line. I did after I got the replacement unit. That call overseas shocked me with the stupidity of NETGEAR's phone service. All I wanted to know was how to get the unit to interact with all of my equipment. There was no instillation manual and the help line guy wanted me to send pictures of the sn but could not tell me which of 4 numbers was the SN, wanted other information taken as pictures and sent to them and they would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. My response, I paid 200 dollars for a router that is not talking to my computer and you want me to wait 3 days and send you all sorts of information. No way, I will take the unit back and buy another brand. I finally started google izing for a solution. Took a while to find a reference. You see, you can not google, you can not send email, you can not do anything, get this, if your router does not talk to your computer. As it is, the company forces me to go through a step to get to the internet and monitors what I click to. Why do I need big brother when big brother can not even figure out how to help me with my problem on the phone? Now, when I click on a link, it takes longer to connect because there is an intermediate screen that flashes that the site is unavailable.

Great product very fast and reliable would recommend to anyone

This router is incredibly easy to set up and works amazingly owned for a month now and no issues yet.

it was time for an upgrade. researched other routers and decided this is what i needed. glad i chose this product

Does what it is advertised to do great WiFi extender and connected to lan cable never lag !

We had problems with buffering during tv shows. This solved the problem and was very easy to set up.

Great router. It's a little pricey, but good performance. I just use it as a simple router, so i can't speak to all of the in depth stuff it does.

I was so glad I bought this router, I love it. We are able to get wifi everywhere in the house now.
