Nice Router

With 5 smart phones and 3 laptops, we were struggling with the old system. Now we have no problems connecting to wireless. I did not realize that this does not come with the cable modem built in. I had to go purchase a separate modem. I assumed that they all came together but now realize that you have to look for a router that comes with a modem if your connecting to cable.

DOA after 6 months.

I owned this product for a matter of months, until a blip in power at my house had occured... And what had happened is it blew up the device. I could not get it to connect to the internet, I could not get the device to reset itself, could not get into the configuration of the device. No more than 6 months did I own this before it died on me.

Still the best gaming router.

This is the one. It is also the only known router that can get 2 or more consoles playing the same game Open Nat Type. If WiFi speed is all you are after pick something else though.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router along with the DOCSIS3.0 Cable Modem for my home. I was having trouble with my computer responding very slowly, sometimes not at all, and streaming on my TVs was not good either. After a discussion with the people at Best Buy, I was directed to these two products. I am VERY happy with them. My computer is responding much faster and my TV streaming is great too. So glad I purchased these 2 products!
