The range isn't the best

Didn’t work with my AT&T gateway

I used the manual process when the auto WPS method failed. In both instances my devices recognized the extender but it put out zero bandwidth. I should mention that I’m fairly tech savvy and my router is capable of 1gbps in a wired connection. Wirelessly, when within 50-75 ft of the router, I routinely achieve 600mbps on the 5G band and 250mbps on the 2.4 band. I should also mention that the Best Buy associate was no help on the purchase and either lacked knowledge of how the extender was supposed to work or didn’t have time to advise me. I felt condescended to when I asked a few questions. On the positive side it was an easy, no questions asked return. I hate leaving bad reviews but the truth is mighty and it shall prevail.

EXTENDER
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product from Netgear lets you get wifi where u can receive wifi futher like dead spot in your house , but speeds are slow will let you surf the internet , check e-mail but when streaming video buffering constantly , would not recommend , would suggest getting a 1900 ac model# EX7000 extender by NETGEAR does a much better job plus has eithernet ports on the back, and cheaper by $20.00
