Useless purchase

As soon as I set it up things are great for an hour or so, and then my internet drops and goes in and out. I've tried to factory reset and to do everything else, and nothing works.

Not As Good As a Cheaper One

WiFi was better with a much cheaper extender. This one cuts out a bunch, and it’s supposed to have a pretty good range, but I don’t think it is good enough.

Definitely not plug and play

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While attempting to install the extender the IOS app crashed on step 6 the first attempt. Did a reset and tried again, the second time it crashed on step 1. Called Geek Squad and spent 2 hours trying to install. No luck, a total waste of time. The next day I contacted Netgear support and tried for 1 hour and still was unable to configure. A Geek Squad member will be doing a house call in a couple of days. It may not be the fault of Netgear. It could be the IOS app or the originating router (Frontier Cable).
