Pretty complicated to set up did not work with my router maybe bc it was a different brand but I looked online it should’ve worked.

Would not recommend this item, it will ruin internet connection and tear your wifi apart! Making things more complicated!

It works. but works just about the same as ever other extender. your really just paying for a name which is not worth it

I don’t really see where it helped much. 2700 sq ft house and can’t get my ring cameras at different locations around the perimeter to work like I want them to because of poor signal.

My WiFi connectivity was worse when I configured this extender. Consistently would lose connection. Returned the product after 3 days

It worked the first day and then it made my normal wifi network stop working. I'm not sure if I was using it wrong or not but I returned it after a week.

I did not like the extender did not work well for the application i was using it for. the network kept cutting out, just took it down and returned it ran a cable instead.

I wished it would have worked because I need internet upstairs. It did not. I even tried to put it in many places to see what would work best and none of them worked.

Maybe for other households, but for the cost, I expected this to solve all my connectivity issues. I was sadly mistaken. Ended up returning it within a week.

Failed after 6 months, failed to maintain connection to the router don’t recommend.

Our wifi/router is in our office/garage. We were hoping this would give us better reception throughout the house. Constantly drops us from our wifi.

This worked inside but not so strong outside. My home is not huge this didn't work as expected. Returned for an Orbi, cost more but is working just fine.

Always drops off WiFi. Nothing but trouble for me. Tried multiple attempts and unfortunately waited too long past return date. Now stuck with $150 paperweight

I followed directions completely, but was never able to connect to my wifi. Thought I was doing something wrong and had 2 other people who are IT and tech savvy try. Same results! After another 2 days of trying and numerous phone calls, I was told there was a problem with my router and I should purchase a new router. I returned the extender and purchased a cheaper one from a different company that actually worked and set-up was just as quick. Oh, and my router...there was nothing wrong with it!

This is average and I’m going to sell it because it didn’t meet my needs nor did it really extend the coverage to the areas I needed in my home. I will never buy this again!

This sadly didn't work out for me. Hand off between the range extender and main router was cumbersome and didn't always work causing very slow internet speeds.

Bought this device because it was recommended by Best Buy personnel, however after I downloaded the app on my phone I began to work with the device. After it was installed following the app's instructions I was able to get my laptop connected, but unfortunately there was no wifi. After trying to connect different times, it did not give any data, and I was not able to connect to the internet. Do not know if it has worked for other people, but it did not do it for me.

Does a great job of extending range but unfortunately introduced some network instability. Ultimately the instability forced me to stop using the unit.

Stopped using this within a day, the latency issues and connection to router caused more issues than the suboptimal range on my router.

I bought this product to extend the wireless signal around the house. It was on and off all the time, I don’t know what was the issue but I prefer to get other router.
