Use this to extender the wifi range in the house. My router is in the office and the wifi extender is in my kitchen. It works good and may have a slight delay at times not too often.

We needed to extend our WiFi so we had strong signals on the lanai..our router is at the front of the house. The Best Buy salesperson highly recommended this and I’m so happy we listened. The set up was so easy a first grader could do it (use the app to set it up not the written directions) and the results are exactly what we had hoped...strongest signal available on the lanai. I highly recommend this Nerfear extender!

The only reason for reducing by one star is that it was somewhat more challenging in terms of setup than what is demonstrated. Once I got it to work, it's been very effective.

I was able to get Wi-fi in an area that I could not before the Nighthawk. My only problem is that the connection is sometimes inconsistent.

This extender will certainly make your wifi network larger. Great speed when connected to it and haven't had any issues with it.

Works well and was easy to set up. Only hindering aspect of the product (to which I didn't think of prior to purchase) was that it works off your existing network signal, but in lieu of simply amplifying it, it creates a second network ID for the existing signal. For example, if your current wifi network name is Network 1, the product will create an independent signal off of Network 1, called Network 2. Not a huge deal if your use case is similar to mine where my upstairs tv's and connected devices are all static (remain upstairs), but for phones/ tablets/ laptops, and the like, you need to constantly switch networks when moving throughout the home or default device to attempt auto-connect to strongest signal, based on location. Again, not a huge deal - just something I didn't think about prior to purchasing, as my assumption was my existing "Network 1" signal would simply be amplified by the product. Overall I'd recommend.

We purchased this to help with the WiFi and has done a pretty good job but I expected more range.

Bought this when I began to work from home during the pandemic. Extends my wifi signal to my backyard where I now have my meetings. It allows my family to continue to work and do homework from what used to be “dead” zones in our home.

I am paying $49 for my Internet. My house is 3600 ft.². So I really need an extension. I have my Wi-Fi modem in my room upstair. So downstair, it didn’t have much Internet or the speed was so slow. This extension helped me a whole lot because I was able to connect 4 TVs to this extensions and lots of laptops. And now with $49 internet. We all able to work on our own business.
