Helpped extend our WiFi to the back yard for movie nights

This WiFi range extender has been working just as it's supposed to. A bit pricey but it works great. I got it to have my ps4 have a better connection. Before this I was getting 15mb/s on wifi. I set the thing up and connected my ps4 via ethernet cable and I am getting a consisted range of 250-270mb/s.

I purchased this product for my daughter as they were setting up a new internet system. She says it works great and has the range they needed in a big home.

Netgear products have always been easier to set up than other networking brands. The range on this extender is AWESOM!

Installed this at a place of business. There is a lounge and a hall there. Hall was having issues getting WiFi so I bought this to go in between. As an extender it was not very good. I’m now going to “hardwire” it and turn it into a WAP (Wireless Access Point). In defense of the product, the Router is approximately 80’ away from the extender and there is a lot of metal (Metal Studs, Truss, Susp Ceiling Railing, Etc.) Hopefully as a WAP it works much better.

Easy to set up. It's in my basement and gave my smart tv the neccessary boost to work in my basement.

Great product for the smart tv. Living in an apartment complex, the router is built into the wall. Smh. So WiFi doesn’t reach far, this extends it through the whole apartment.

It does exactly what I need it to. Easy and quick set up. I got a huge signal boost for both of my channels.

Great Wi-Fi extender. My router is upstairs and wanted even better coverage around the house. This works great with the new Wi-Fi 6 and helps connect devices not able to connect to Wi-Fi 6. I have a work computer that would not connect to the router bc of this. Having this extender made it easier to work around the house instead of having to use a wired connection.

We are having trouble connecting it with our AT&T U Verse router. It connects perfectly with any other router, but we have yet to figure out how to connect it to this router. If you have this router from At&T I would read about routers that are compatible with this wifi extender.

if you're a gamer, i recommend getting this! Super easy to use and it will literally walk you through on setting up and no need to call you're internet provider to set it up.

We wanted wifi in our backyard. This is a Excellent Wifi Extender. Easy to use and setup. We now get WIFI in the pool.

The extender works great and was easy to set up. I get a strong signal throughout the house and yard.

We had trouble with WiFi service in rooms 30 feet from our router. We went sure what device we needed. The Best Buy salesperson took the time to explain the different systems they offered and that helped us decide on the Nighthawk model. It solved our problem. The directions for setup were simple but confusing regarding the light display, but it worked right away. So glad we bought it.

This was a huge upgrade from my previous range extender. I now get full bars on all three floors of my 4000 sq ft house

Versatile. Can be setup as own network or as extender. Hard wired or Wi-fi to primary router. Easy setup. Needed it to because primary router is in block building (Wi-Fi doesn't penetrate block very well). Needed an extender for out building 30ft away. Got the job done. This was perfect for my application where I didn't need a mesh.

Just could not get the WiFi to consistently connect from my upstairs office router to my downstairs smart TV. Kept upgrading the router, added an extender. Still not good enough. Once configured to my computer, I just plugged the Netgear X4 extender into an AC outlet approximately half way between the router and the TV (an upstairs outlet above the TV area), it connected and has worked efficiently since then. Why wasn't I told of this sooner.

Possibly one of the best wifi extenders currently on the market! Very easy to setup and has great coverage!
