I purchased this extender in order to provide additional coverage for Ring cameras.

We have several Netgear extenders. This one works really well. Not sure if it works that much better than the cheaper ones though. However, the area that we are using it in is not very big.

Easy setup, strong signal strength, highly recommend for internet use.

Great extender, work great, have good signal. You don't have to put close to the router to get a good signal.

This product was easy to install, but then I was able to use the WPS button on my router located in my study/office. My PS4 and xBox One X worked beautifully in my living room (two rooms away) at the full 5 GHz capability of my router and I no longer got hangups when streaming movies on my Smart TV. All in all I am very pleased with the product.

I wanted to improve WiFi access throughout our house. It is a ranch style house, long with the router on one end of the house. This extender gave me a stable signal everywhere (as advertised). What surprised me was that, while I thought that my home theater connection was good, the addition of this extender really smoothed out previous streaming problems. I had thought that the problems were strictly due to slow satelite internet!

This enhancer/booster does as noted. Easy set up, works on Forest our second try. Great signal does as intended. Need to know a easy way to encrypt wifi to enhancer for added security. Pleased with it overall.

Gives some connectivity problems sometimes, I’ve had it for almost half a year and I had to reset it a few times but the firmware updates seem to improve it each time !

Installing the AC2200 was far easier than I expected. We needed to extend our WiFi signal in one area of our house and it worked perfectly. I used the Netgear Nighthawk app to configure the AC2200 and it worked on the first try! So far it has been completely compatible with all of our devices using our WiFi, of which there are many.

The product is good....provides broad coverage. However, I consistently need to reset is. That is frustrating. I’m not sure if that is an issue with the extender, or my WiFi service.

Although the price is somewhat steep, I find the quality to be worth the price.

Used to expand the range of my wifi. Has greatly increased both signal and range. Would highly recommend.

I bought this one to extend wifi range into my back yard after using the first one to reach the front downstairs of a 3200 sq ft home. Now I’m well covered from video doorbell to backyard pool( about 10 sq ft lot). Easy to set up, though I prefer to use the URL instead of Netgear’s app.

Netgear-AC-2200- Nighhawk- X4 Wifi extender was easy to set up and install, also range was very good.

Had some issues with wifi in the backyard (over 3000 sq. Ft)and this worked out perfect. Now the entire yard if recovered! Never drop below 3 of 4 bars in wifi and super fast too !
