Not tech savy - plug and go- it was easy to install and it worked right away

Love this wifi extender, went through 6 kinda, even other Netgear ones, for some reason, they all had so so performance, poor signal even though I'm located above extender. Set up was easy using WPS button, recommended.

Very happy with this extender! Only complaint was that the directions weren't 100% step by step. With that said, it was still really easy to install. It works great with our home network system and gave us the extra range we needed to ensure we could stream fast and that our Ring doorbell was always connected.

So we have a room in our house that is a deazone I guess you can call it and that room happens to be my gaming room. I didn't have issues before because my console was connected directly thru ethernet cable. Then I decided to get a gaming pc(alienware), at the same time I got a ps5 replacing my ps4. So now my pc is connected thru ethernet cable and my ps5 thru WiFi. However my ps5 was getting very bad signal with our router being in the living room about (20ft away). I cautiously bought the extender thinking if I doesn't work I will return it. At first I messed up in the set up and was not working, then I reset it and did the whole set up again and finally it worked my ps5 gets 180bps from 20bps it was getting before. Definitely recommend using this product. Some advice: if you start the set up on the app, finish it on the app. Do not allow it to take you to a website to set up I did that and there was an issue with the app which is why I had to reset and restart set up.

Works great! Easy setup. Extended the signal out to the patio for TV streaming.

I have no problem with connectivity in a 3700 sq ft home with this range extender located centrally in the home. Even upstairs no issues. The size and sleek design make it aesthetically acceptable for display in our formal living area without causing too much distraction. Very easy setup. I've been very happy with this extender and if you are needing a powerful extender this could be a great choice.

Great range but very slow speeds. It doesn’t give you full speed transfer from the router unless plugged in.

Had iffy coverage in the bedroom area of my house. Also, spotty WiFi much of the time. Since buying this both my WiFi and reception are seamless. Super East installation. Being on call medically 24/7 it’s critical to have my phone working. With much of my down time spent using the computer life is simple once more!

I needed to reliably extend my network to my backyard for an event where we'd be streaming video. We got it to work and it worked well but it was very difficult to setup and configure (even for someone familiar with home networking). Also, after the event we moved it inside and it seems we'll have to do the setup all over again because it doesn't seem to work. I'd recommend it for the potential benefit but allow significant time to figure it out.
