    This device works well. I paid a little more than I wanted, but so far, I am happy with the purchase. We had a dead spot around my garage area, and this device extends internet service to that area and allows my new wifi enabled garage door opener to connect. On occasion, the extender will disconnect, and we have to unplug it for it to reset. Not sure why that is happening, but minor inconvenience.

    It's easy to install, just plug it in and wait to connect. Most of the time I don't have any issues. Once in a while the signal for the '5g' cuts in and out from the host. It takes a little bit to reconnect. I didn't expect that for what you pay for the product but overall it's effective

    I wanted to watch the baseball game on my deck on my iPad but I couldn't connect to the wifi. Now that this is installed I have no trouble connecting to the wifi when I am out on the deck. Color me happy.

    The Netgear AC 2200 Nighthawk Range Extender has worked great in allowing internet access to parts of our home that was not receiving the wireless signal from our router. I am very pleased with the performance.

    Had 2 separate buildings on same property to hook up.My zyxel power line which worked great at another location had a very weak signal so I tried this and we now have extremely fast speeds in both locations.
