I have very low wi-fi reception in my attached garage so I did some research and on this extender to rectify the problem. No matter where I put this extender the increase was minimal. It was never any further than 20 feet from my router in the house. To be fair, this extender worked better in the house but it didn't do what I needed.

In order for multi people to work in your home during covid we need this to make sure we all had internet access. We all are able to work at the same time with no issues and no struggle with connecting to zoom and internet based applications

Wasn’t easy to connect, help from Technical department a bit overboard. Figured out how to set up and it has been working well since installation.

I have coverage challenges in my home, and tried this. Setup was simple, and I expiremented with its best placement, and once I did, I now have good wi-fi. No real risk with Best Buy’s return policy, so it’s worth a bit of detective work for placement, but chances are it will work for you also.

After reading the number of a reviews, I purchase it to add to my basement to help extend the Wi-Fi so far everything has work great. only advice I would offer is to follow directions exactly update the firmware it took me about 25 minutes for complete setup

Trying to set up a mesh network at our second house. Ordered four of these. One of the devices was corrupt. Called tech support and they corrected the situation over a two hour phone call. I had to sign up for an additional service to monitor the network. Felt like a bait and switch but the system seems to be working now.

when it connects to the wifi network it extends it nicely only problem is it constantly drops the connection

Have a 3 story condo with the main router on the first floor. WiFi was not reliable on the third floor until I set up this device. Now it's accessible and doesn't drop. Had to register online to use their app setup, which isn't great. Otherwise happy.

2000 sq foot house. Covers everything. A little hard to set up. Couldn't use WPS and we have a netgear router too. Just used interface on webportal and it worked great.

We were having trouble getting wifi in certain parts of our home. I researched this product, read the reviews and went out and bought it hoping it would work for us. To our extreme satisfaction we can now use our iPhones and iPad in all parts of our home and on our backyard patio. I would highly recommend this product.

Immediate success upon plug in. It does extend the 5g wifi as promised and the range is better than advertised.

Setup was easy. It increased the Wi-Fi strength by about 20 db to regions that had poor connectivity. I've had the extender for over a month now and have not had any issues. I did buy the two year replacement policy from best buy, given the comments from others that the extender failed them after about a year.

Good wifi extender with a few flaws i have a issues every few months were it resets the full system

Our house is fairly large and the wifi modem is on one side but wasn't strong to reach the bedroom, this wifi enhancer made it possible to stream movies in the bedroom.

Not sure yet. Up and running fine now but it didn’t start that way. Kept losing wifi connection. Even it’s own iPhone app Nighthawk could not find the mesh extender. Seems devices on original WiFi were affected as well. Almost took it back to Best Buy. Had to do two factory resets with paper clip. And a firmware update. Good for now. I’m also not getting the distance I expected.
