Maybe I had a lemone, but i did Setup and reset it 4 different times and eaxh time made sure it had the latest firmware update. First time it connected but cept giving any device connected no internet due to an IP address error. Next 3 times it would Error out during the middle of set up. It would show that it was connected to my Wi-Fi router and was still giving me the same IP address error. With the Edition of if I went to the Nighthawk app and tapped on it it would say that it was not set up and try to get me to do set up even though it was already set up. If I tried doing that set up process like it prompt it would again air out since it was already set up. Ended up returning and swapping out for a completely different model. The different model that I got setup and worked flawlessly the first time with no issues! I bought a second of the new model since i live in a big house and it worked first time easy as well.

I was frustrated setting this thing up. But once I figured it out and got it up and running it has been nothing but a solid connection for me.

Product seems to work very well. Some tv channels were rather slow to respond because of low wifi buffer but the Netgear Nighthawk extender corrected the problem. Set up was very easy also. It took only a few minutes.

The Net Gear Extender really improved my Wi-Fi service. The family is extremely pleased.

Fairly straight forward. It has three prongs for power outlet so makes me wonder how much power is this thing consuming. Interface is slow but works.

I can't answer this. I have not been able to use it. I couldn't get it hooked up and through a series of mishaps the Geek Squad hasn't been here yet. I followed the instructions but apparently there are other issues I couldn't address. Waiting for help. Honestly I am pretty good with this kind of thing but...

Struggling to get WiFi at times or wanting to extend to garage. This router works absolutely great. Once installed I can now get WiFi in the garage for laptop. Totally worth purchase. Distance it reaches is amazing.

This worked for a while. Replaced by an Eero system

The wi-fi connection goes out while using 4k streaming. I have moved the extender to several rooms throughout my home and the connection usually drops after a few hours. I will be exchanging for a difference device. My router is upstairs and the extender is downstairs. Would not recommend.

Once we found the right placement it stabilized the wi-fi connectivity on our main floor. Initially the app told us we had to contact Comcast. On restart we were able to set it up without any issues.

I was shopping around for a good extender for my wifi network. I found it when i bought this antenna. plugged it in, used the wizard to set it up painlessly. Now i use the full potential my modem provides. it's great for streaming video across the network. lots of bandwith and the dual signal is awesome.

Bought this to extend signals to my Google Nest Cameras on the other side of the house. To use you must sign whatever product you are using into this device under your wi-fi settings. So when you set up your camera or other device choose this as the connection.

I've bought this product to extend my wi-fi. Seems to work well mostnof the time but have to re-boot about once a month.

This WiFi extender was very easy to set up and is capable of both 2.4 and 5 frequency. Fast reliable service with good range. Use it on the second floor of my home on the opposite side of the house of the original router. Never had good signal before. Now have great signal strength.

We purchased the Wi-Fi Range Extender because certain rooms did not receive good signals. This extender solved the problem more than adequately. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing this problem. Wi-Fi range is now excellent throughout the house.

Not happy at all with this extender. This is the third different extender that I have bought hoping it would do the job, I paid a lot more for this one than the other ones but was disappointed when it didn’t resolve my WiFi connection ! Only need 15ft extension and doesn’t give it to you ! Directions are a little confusing because you have to download the app . Then when you try to go on the app to check you devices it says poor connection and its only 3 ft from router. Willing to pay more for one that will do the job.

It is difficult for me to tell if it's working. Poor directions. Any help is welcome.

I used this to extend my WiFi signal to my front door. I had recently installed a ring doorbell that kept dropping the signal. This extender was the perfect solution. It was easy to install and set up in less than 5 minutes to my already existing system.

This helped me get service for my devices in a guesthouse that the internet was not reaching. My friend placed in the main house & I was able to pick up the signal on my devices!

TaKen a bit to figure out how to set up but got it going. It helps with the arlo cameras.
