I bought this router back in December and have been running it for several weeks and so far I've not had to reset it or any major outages. Range is very good and definitely covers rooms directly adjacent to the router. Speed is great with AC devices such as the iPhone 6 although I'm not sure exactly what the exact connection rate is.

Router was super easy to install. Once installed the set-up was 1, 2, 3 easy. Connecting was a breeze and the speed is amazing! Five lap tops, numerous iPads, XBox1, 3 smart TVs, and cell phones all connected and no drop off in download speeds. I highly recommend this router to anyone looking to upgrade their home network!

Didn't know my old router was slowing me down so much. Read some reviews online. Best Buy dude was super knowledgeable about routers. I bought this bad boy and awesomeness ensued. The router is on the first floor. Took my basement download speeds from 2 mbps to 27 mbps. Even faster than my Powerline speeds. Awesomeness.

If you have 4 I phones 2 IPads 2 Xbox smart tvs and a wireless toaster it's time for this machine of multi speed devices. Love it. Have decimated to bands for online gaming and still able to stream music. Must have. Also got a $50 Bestbuy gift card.

I have a home with several people using several Wi-Fi devices, in addition have home devices that run on Wi-Fi so a router that can handle mass connectivity was a must. This is it, the mother ship! Recommend this if you are looking to have more than 10 devices connected to the internet without worrying about constant drop offs.

This Tri-band router makes it very simple for me to set up my network. Using a 2.4GHZ band for devices that do not support 802.11.ac is a good way of segregating the devices on the network. Using the other 2 5GHZ bands for newer devices is great. Very high accurate speeds as promised by ISP.

I have tried a LOT of routers over the years, and I have to say that Netgear is now my "go to" router. It's one of the easiest to configure, even going through the advance settings. The interface is user-friendly. The range and signal strength on the Nighthawk X6 AC3200 is ridiculously strong. I'm currently using it to support over 4000 square feet of living space, going through walls and floors, and at the furthest corners of my house I still get full strength. I love this router! I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, and to tell anyone that it is well worth the few extra dollars over the cheap wireless routers. You get what you pay for, and this router pays for itself!

We've added this router at a coffeehouse/gamecenter that I operate, and the functionality is amazing. Easy setup, even with static IP use, and fantastic features. After several days of constant use with multiple devices joining and leaving the network we've had ZERO dropouts and exceptional speeds on all wireless devices.

Purchased for my home. Extremely pleased with the speed. Setup was easy and it was very easy to change to match my previous network settings so that I did not have to re-program all of my wireless devices

I purchased this router to handle my significant bandwidth requirements for multiple devices throughout a large home (3 stories; over 4200 sq ft). I noticed an improvement over my previous device (an ASUS product), but there are still a few weak points in parts of the home (preventing a five-star review). Easy set up and configuration.

Talk about POWER. This little guy has resolved my home network issues. From the bottom floor it reaches all around the house even into the patio. It's configuration and setup are easy and only took about 10 minutes. My old router was outputing 70mbps wifi, this is outputting 98mbps/1000

I've used all kinds of routers before, and some had great reliability, but lacked in range, while others had great range but lacked in reliability. This router is great all around, I've used it for 4 months straight, and have yet to had an issue with it. I would highly recommend it.

This tri-band wi-fi router gave us reliable signals for what we needed for a 10 mobile devices (laptop PC, smartphone) and 2 tower PCs in our 3-storey home. The 3 bands are 1 low (2G) and 2 high (5G) frequency signals. The router was easy to set up, but it does take up space of a large textbook with the 6 antennas extended up / out. A downloadable app is available to monitor and control access to the bands from all connected device, and can give guess access with separate passcode. Overall, it is a good router with good value if purchase at a sale price.

My old single band router worked fine for a long time when I had only one computer using it. I noticed, however, that sometimes I couldn't connect as we brought other items under our roof that used the wireless router for an internet connection. The sales person at Best Buy explained that I needed a router designed for multiple devices. With the Netgear - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router, everything is connecting without a problem - desk top computer, laptop computer, smart TV, tablet, two cell phones, and guest tablets as well when the kids visit! After setting it up, which was easy, I haven't done anything else except use the various devices that connect to it. It just works!

Better range on 5 GHz then previous routers I have used in the same location. The ability to have two separate 5 GHz SSID or one combined could be useful in certain applications. Easy to set up and use out the box. Admin interface offers advanced settings for those who are inclined to review or change.

Very easy to set up, and great coverage throughout the house. I didn’t understand the tri-band at first, but after 5 minutes, the family is thanking me for great coverage, and speed - all while I’m streaming HD sports on my own band (they still think they got the faster band ;)

This Wireless Router is a Great Solution for anyone with a Home Office. It's Tri-Band technology allows you to run a 5Ghz network for personal & one for business use with Manual configuration which is great. But it also has a 2.4Ghz network that will pick up all those legacy devices. I like it because it allows me to manage my business needs from my personal needs. Might be a bit pricey but if you run a business you can write off the expense so it is worth the cost.

Needle my own new router to replace old combo modem/router from my internet provider that died a valiant death after 8 years of faithful service. The Nighthawk has exceeded my expectations! Easy to hook up and install by downloading their app. Can even manage which devices I give permission to use each network. Great to have 3 different networks to choose from! One regular speed that will “go through walls” and 2 faster ones for better streaming! Thanks to the Best Buy service person who assessed my needs and educated me on options that are “forward looking”!
