Altho it is pricey I do think the product is great. Have absolutely no problems with the whole family being connected before we could only connect WiFi one item (iPad or Playstation) at a time. Each family member can have its own frequency (family of 3) would be 5 stars but due to price only 4

I had so many problems with optimum's router. This is an amazing product with blazing fast speeds. The genie app works amazing! I have a large house and it reaches every room, and my backyard. Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough good things about this product. Bought it hoping to extend our home Wi-Fi signal & improve our speeds. Man, did it work. Have Comcast Xfinity & am routinely getting download speeds of 110--120 Mbs. Was also very easy to setup. Highly recommend this product.

Works cleanly with my Mac and PCs. The readyvault software was very easy to set up. No drops anywhere in the house. Easy to configure and lots of lights and knobs to play with if you want to configure more advanced features. Be sure to upgrade the firmware to get the most out of it.

Did not realize my old, out-of-date router was the problem in our home. This model was suggested by a Best Buy employee and it made all the difference! Very easy to set up and our many, many devices are moving faster than ever! Very pleased!

I don't stay on top of technology news as well as I should. On a recent trip to Best Buy, I was discussing some problems with my internet connection with an associate. When he asked a little more about my provider and the equipment I used, he told me my router was probably worn out. When I told him how long I had been using my router he stated it was probably worn out. I would never have known this without having a discussion with them. Any way, go to the experts when you have a problem, don't try to self diagnose and correct your problems. The new router works well with my computer, television and smart phone all working at the same time. Thank you Best Buy. That's why I continue to frequent your stores.

There were several choices for the newest AC standard, but I needed multiple frequency channels and the best beam-forming. The Netgear Nighthawk really delivered. Setup was absolutely flawless out of the box. I hooked up an UHD TV, two PCs (with AC wireless included), a couple of iPads, multiple cell phones, plus a guest channel for our many family visitors and an all-in-one printer/scanner. Using the gigabit LAN for my deskside computer to maximize throughput to the shared storage device on the USB port. A truly complete central hub. My source is the local cable company, and I'm getting the full capacity of that pipe across my property every day. Can't comment on support, since I didn't need to make any calls.

This is my dream router, I have been a long time buyer and loyal fan of the netgear line of product. I upgrade from a wndr 4500 and I could not be more happy. the speed is great. the coverage is great. this is the dream router and you will not be disappointed.

This router is the best one yet. Purchased to replace a Netgear router that died. This tri-band deal is awesome. The range blows previous units out of the water. Everything loads so much quicker over Wi-Fi than before. Cat-6 jacked in units are blazing fast.

I was tired of the slow internet I was getting with my leased Concast modem/router, so decided to splurge on this. I've never thought my internet speeds could be this fast and reliable. Worth every penny!

This WiFi router replaced my Cisco unit after a power surge damaged it. It is faster, has a stronger signal on my property and does not drop its connection. It may not be the cheapest, but it is the best.

I had no problems with setup. I went directly to the html interface rather than using the wizard but I did look at the wizard later it it looked easy to use. I get normal wireless coverage that I would except with no dead spots in my 3000 sq ft home and outside around the house. It does attract attention as it has unusual look to the form factor. I mostly hear "cool."

I had been advised to look at this router by the Geek squad. Love the 2.4 and 2 channels of 5 GHz. Very strong signal, no longer need booster in a very large home. Easy to install and use. Love it!!!

Was researching wi-fi extenders. Another shopper and sales associate recommended the "Netgear" family. It was little over kill, but it was on sale, so I gave it a try. I even get wi-fi out on the lanai. Works great. Easy to set up.

So not only does this router look cool. It performs amazingly! It is very fast and i get full signal now in areas of my house that i couldn't get before. I have had a few connection problems both hardwired and wireless, but i believe those were due to my ISP.

I needed a good router with easy set up and strong signal for a 2 level home. I was tired of dealing with wireless connection issues. This was an easy set up, has a strong, consistent signal, and now I can forget about it, and just let it do the job.

This is an excellent router. It was relatively easy to set up and it has excellent coverage without loss of bandwidth. We have a large 4-level home. My previous router, which was an A/C router, could not provide a signal that could get to the basement where we have the exercise equipment and stream content while on the treadmill. In order to get a WiFi signal there, I had to use a wireline solution. With this router I get a strong signal at all locations in the home and have no difficulty supporting multiple users.

Tried the high end Asus. But kept showing a strict to mod NAT no matter what I did So returned it and went back to Netgear. This one works excellent. Great speed. Easy to set up. Best of all my NAT stays open since my family and I use it for gaming.

I have installed this unit in several location both for business and large home use. Setup is easy and the signal strength is great. Routing is far faster than what Xfinity or Comcast offer.
