Great Wi-Fi router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have municipal fiber optic with up to 1Gb/s internet, the hardwired speed has never been an issue with my previous router, with this router I am getting over 200 Mb/s on my wireless, though as well. And the very easy set-up is a plus, too.

Great router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good range. Covers our 2000 sf home with lowest band. So happy with the tri band. Browsing from my laptop and cell phone is so much faster but need to be closer to router to receive 5G

Great Router!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up this router to replace a 7 year old Surfboard Modem/Router combo. This router is great for two story homes with over 10 devices. It doesn't miss a beat and hasn't given us one problem. Highly recommend.

NETGEAR Nighthawk Router AWESOME!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first router purchase (been renting from Xfinity previously). I am amazed; no buffering or lag when my whole family is streaming/gaming/surfing at the same time (that’s no less than 3 devices). I always loved the speed of my Apple products, but it is even faster instant gratification with this router! Oh, and I forgot to mention it is a plug-and-play device. Connected to modem and it set up without any additional info from me. I would definitely recommend it!

Very fast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to increase our bandwidth and access as we have several high speed devices pulling from the cable modem at the same time. Works great with online gaming, video lectures and the tv running all at once.

Unbelievable Router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have a 5000+ sq ft home; 2 stories; reaches all areas. Allows my wife use of personal & work computers; iPad & iPhones on 1st floor and air print with all devices to a HP printer on the 2nd floor which is not an air printer but it is on my wireless network. I am able to download 2 or more Netflix movies at same time in record time. My previous router had trouble downloading a single movie. I have AT&T DSL service. My son will be buying one for his house. Great product!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought to replace old router which didnt have greatest range. This one has great range and is much faster compare to the old one. So far that is the only difference that i see. I also like futuristic look with those antennas

Great unit, some firmware updates needed.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice unit, good range. Very brite LEDs if placed in occupied area but can turned off. Like the multiple user accounts and guest account for visitors and filters for unwanted guests. The unit does have occasional issues with the dual 5g band's under load but a simple disconnect and reconnect usually gets you going again. I have 2 Android phone, 1 Iphone, 2 pc, 1 laptop, 1 tablet, 2 smart TV, 1 Samsung blueray player, a Roku stick and PS3 along with LAN connected and shared Printer for a load on it with only the above mentioned issue. Have not had a issue with the 2g band. I'm sure that a future firmware update will fix. Good unit for the money, very solid build feel.

Good router, easy to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up and configure. The app is great and it gives you a lot of info. The range is good but it doesn't go vertical through multiple stories as well as hoped. It is a bit pricy too.

Great Wifi device with Easy set
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great WiFi service. My network's signal strength has improved dramically. I now get a full WiFi signal in all corners of my house. The devices set up was easy. The only difficult part was how to change the network's "given" password.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had a router that was about 7 years old. the range was fine for my old single level house but was just really spotty in the new three floor house. This router increased the speeds and range significantly. works as it should.

Best router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It might be expensive. But it is the best one I have experienced so far. I have used various routers from NETGEAR. My most recent one was N900. However, I have a LG Google TV (G2) which never worked well for streaming movies etc. In fact, recently it stopped working for any apps on TV, then I realized that now we have too many devices including smart phones, smart dvd players, laptop, computers connected to this router. So, I tried using the Nighthawk X6, AC3200 and now my smart TV works great and I have much longer range to connect to the internet. The installation was a breeze and so far, last 8 days it is working great and no issues.

Worth the cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been through quite a few and this is the fastest I've used. I have a large old home with plaster walls and this is the only thing I've found that pushes a signal through the whole house. I like having all the features as well.

Best Router Ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow, this thing kicks some bandwidth. Was having problems getting signal to all rooms in my two story 2,400 sq ft house. This reaches everywhere with no signal loss. The multiple bands is awesome too. Keeps everything getting adequate strength of signal. I cut the cord and stream direct tv now, Netflix, etc. and it puts out a consistent never laggy signal to all TVs. Easy buy as this handles it all. Can’t even tell that I am streaming and it’s not cable.

Great Speed and tri-band is nice + guest network
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a much older wifi Netgear router. Researched online, and this received consistently good reviews. Always appearing in the top 10 or 5 of reviews. Easy to install. But, a couple of quirks. If the router doesn't get the name from the connected device, you can rename it. BUT, it doesn't always keep the new name. Thus, if you utilize access control via MAC address, you have to keep track of the MAC addresses as some of the devices will have no name! Terrible flaw that could easily be fixed, IMHO. As connected devices allow, you can assign what band, and what priority the device will connect at. Having guest network is nice, easily add temporary devices. Have had the router installed now for about 1 month. Other than discussed above, have had no problems. Workers well. Range in our house is fine, rambler style house, router is in the basement and reaches all parts of the house with no noticeable reduction in speed. I'm not an expert regarding routers etc., but this appears to be working well. I went with Netgear because my prior router was also Netgear and it operated well for probably 10 years plus. Upgraded to be able to add more devices at higher connection speed.

Wireless speeds great
