The product cannot keep a constant connection. I have a separate SB34 modem. Usually daily, but at a minimum, 5 times a week, all my devices stop receiving an internet connection. We have isolated the modem and it has had constant uptime. This is purely on the router side. Netgear has been working with me for a couple months now, so I give them two stars as they are trying to help, but for this product, I don't know what the problem is, but they cannot resolve it and I have asked for them to just take it back or send me a new one. NG has not done this. It does sound like BestBuy will work with me on a return despite it being past the return window. If they do that, then 5-stars for Bestbuy. But this product does not want to work. And I have seen a lot of other people in online forums with similar complaints.

After your RBE372 has fully come back online, please plug your Orbi Router back to your modem. Not enough range for my application

Setup was easy but the range/coverage wasn’t enough. Ended up with the more expensive Orbi 900. Would probably be good for smaller spaces

I liked the ease of set up, but the overall mesh system did lack some features and overall usability in our home. I went with the TP-Link Deco series - and did find a better connection, particularly for online gaming.

I tried and tried but could not get the whole system to work so I had to return the item. I had no issues setting up my prior mesh system (from a different supplier)

It would have been ok. But i ended up returning it for an Eero . Much easier installion

Haven’t set up router yet hoping to do so very soon

I got this to upgrade an older Orbi system. The upgrade was suppsoed to go seamless, but I had to redo the password on everything....That is not the issue. The issue is if you have 1 wall the signal degredation is horrible. Speeds at the Modem coming into the home are 1.3Gbps and the Orbi Router (wired) is the same. That's where the good news ends. The wireless signal is horrible. I've placed the satellites in several different locations and just cannot get the advertised speeds. I'm not sure if this is just a defrective or just a bad product.

The solution we purchased was supposed to provide better performance and speed and that has not happened. We have had multiple issues with the equipment that loses connection with the WI-FI network which did not happen with our previous system. Best Buy installed the system.
