Absolute garbage

It’s never connected, constantly drops my devices and the app is a disaster. I have moved all my equipment around to follow the distances and everything the recommend and it still loses connection. Do not buy this.

Broke already?

It was over $300 at the time so I expected it to last longer than 20 months! Two things have gone wrong and no matter the times I've reset it to factory, I cannot get it to work. It does not pick up either satellite and it now cuts in and out of wifi. With a gamer son, I had no choice but to buy a different mesh wifi.

Unstable mesh

After that my security cameras drop out, Netflix streams buffer, online games kick on off line and work VPN fails while in the middle of a meeting. Turns out that the system constantly reboot. Log file is wiped out after reboot so I am still unsure why it happening and today I found out that one of my satellites defaulted to its default SSID with no password and exposed my network. Everywhere you look and everyone you speak with states to just update to the latest firmware, but I am on the latest.

Breaks after 2 years

Buy the protection plan cause you'll need a new one after 2 years. Just ordered a new one since I made the mistake of thinking this product would last more than 2 years,

Get this if you enjoy suffering

Connected immediately, no issues. 2 weeks in, everything breaks down. Devices won't connect to the satellites, satellites disconnect and won't reconnect. Main router connects with 2.4g instead of 5 when I'm in the same room with it. I had better luck with the ISP's cheap router. Returning.

WiFi Netgear extender

The internet provider no longer supported this I bought my Netgear. It works just fine. I am able to connect all my devices with no problem.

Orbi Mesh system

Horrible router

Had no issues, but now; constantly disconnecting from internet. I have to reboot the system at least twice a day. Makes my work hard since i work remote. Called netgear but they were unable to help.

I must have spent at least a total of 60 hours over a year’s time troubleshooting these devices. As I am in the US, it was also extremely difficult to understand the representatives I spoke with on each call.
