Best Coverage; works extremely well in a home with many walls and appliances and a PS5

This thing sucks. It’s never connected, constantly drops my devices and the app is a disaster. I have moved all my equipment around to follow the distances and everything the recommend and it still loses connection. Do not buy this.

Does not work that good ... satellites do not stay connected.. not worth the money.

I bought this mesh router on November 30, 2022. It was over $300 at the time so I expected it to last longer than 20 months! Two things have gone wrong and no matter the times I've reset it to factory, I cannot get it to work. It does not pick up either satellite and it now cuts in and out of wifi. With a gamer son, I had no choice but to buy a different mesh wifi.

Was a great system when I read the reviews, got it home and set it up quickly and easily, but that where that part ends. After that my security cameras drop out, Netflix streams buffer, online games kick on off line and work VPN fails while in the middle of a meeting. Turns out that the system constantly reboot. Log file is wiped out after reboot so I am still unsure why it happening and today I found out that one of my satellites defaulted to its default SSID with no password and exposed my network. Everywhere you look and everyone you speak with states to just update to the latest firmware, but I am on the latest.

Was great for the first 2 years of owning it, then all of the sudden I have internet issues and had ro reboot, the satellites do not work at all and Netgear support is garbage and they don't know anything. Buy the protection plan cause you'll need a new one after 2 years. Just ordered a new one since I made the mistake of thinking this product would last more than 2 years,

It really has not improved my reception. Could have spent less for same results.

Day 1 was great. Connected immediately, no issues. 2 weeks in, everything breaks down. Devices won't connect to the satellites, satellites disconnect and won't reconnect. Main router connects with 2.4g instead of 5 when I'm in the same room with it. I had better luck with the ISP's cheap router. Returning.

Product recommended by store staff with Geek Squad, however this was a very expensive solution and turned out to be unnecessary. I returned it

Satellites didn’t sync up they have problem with firmware and customer service has no clue how to fix

I had an echo extender connected to my back house. The internet provider no longer supported this I bought my Netgear. It works just fine. I am able to connect all my devices with no problem.

This system works as advertised for me. I wanted to have strong wifi throughout the house. For the first time ever I'm able to reach near peak download speeds that I'm paying for.

Horrible! First month was great. Had no issues, but now; constantly disconnecting from internet. I have to reboot the system at least twice a day. Makes my work hard since i work remote. Called netgear but they were unable to help.

Netgear might be a premier name but all I had with this system was trouble. I must have spent at least a total of 60 hours over a year’s time troubleshooting these devices. As I am in the US, it was also extremely difficult to understand the representatives I spoke with on each call.
