They are turds. Constantly dropping and slower than the xfinity modem that came with the service. My last netgear modem was a drop monster too. I dont get it. No more netgear for me.

Don't do it

With 1 gig internet, I'm lucky if this thing will pull 100 mbps. It'll work for a day or a week and then mess up again. After months of calls to Netgear support and them insisting it isn't a hardware issue, they finally conceded that it was, in fact, a hardware issue. Save your money or do better. Don't make this expensive mistake.

Outstanding high-speed wifi for large homes

We have 400Mbps internet and I clocked 350Mbps while connected to either the hub or a satellite node around our house. The Mesh nodes allow us to extend the wifi much further than our previous system using Wifi extenders. Netgear armor provides great protection for all connected devices as well.

The auto update process failed repeatedly. I had to manually update them. Netgear did not make it easy to find the latest downloads.

Don’t waste your money

This router actually reduces my internet speed. I have spent hours talking with Netgear and no solution. Not buying any Netgear router again. Garbage

Working, but very clunky
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 2 hours, Wi-Fi speed is slower than our previous setup in many spots of the house. We have gigabit service with Xfinity - some rooms get 150Mbps, some rooms get less than 1Mbps and our house is only 1700 sq ft. The app is really clunky - lots of visual defects on iOS16, firmware check fails over and over, device list fails, packaging is also made in such a way that you have to break glue seals and deftly it to open it. Not $400 quality IMO.
