Love the Orbi system

Good only for WI-FI 6

It’s not like DVD players where the newer machines will play the older format DVD. I spent several hours with Orbi’s help desk trying to update firmware, with no success.

Looks nice doesn't work

Had our AT&T tech try to set it up, with no success. They talked to Orbi rep and still the thing is not operable. Does look nice and fits into our decor.

Occasionally satellites lose connection and need a restart, but that has been the case with every whole-house wifi that I have tried so far. Very easy to set up.

The weak zones became very strong. So pleased with my new WiFi Networked System.

Worthless - Pain to sync with existing system

I am very familiar with networking and getting items to sync so I purchased then threw the box away with everything going on with Christmas after I verified it powered on. Got some time today to add it and I tried to sync and it couldn't find router. Then I figured it may be a firmware issue so I upgraded firmware, nada. Then I reset the entire network and tinkered with it for 2 hours until it finally connected. Odd thing is it finally synched when Netgear app kept failing. Checked the wifi signal from router and low and behold it updated to my network finally. I strongly suggest either buy the 3 pack out of the box but don't try to add a satellite, if you think you may need a 3rd just get it now and avoid the 2 pack. With that said apart from this awful experience the existing Network overall has been solid.
