Great product that can be setup in less than 10 minutes. It came with easy setup instructions that took only minutes. It has a great app to go along with it.

Perfect reception with these for my 3400sqft ranch home. Set up was a little difficult but I think the modem and router didn't want to talk to each other.

Simple and easy way to connect to the internet. We looked at other options but we some articles that said there could be some connections to data sharing and the eer system is linked to it as well.

I bought this with high hopes. Easy to setup until I couldn’t find the 2.4ghz for my appliances. I called support because it wouldn’t let me log in to my orbi account. Customer service was very rude. She told me it won’t let lg in until I pay for security from them. I told I have a 30 day free trial. I can’t get in until I pay. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for security I have it with my internet service. She told me no I didn’t and if I didn’t pay I can’t use the orbi. She hung up and few minutes later, my router said it needed an update. I updated it and the router no longer worked. Very disappointed in netgear. They lost all my business. Going back to Best Buy and exchanging it for an eero 6e.

2.4 and 5 ghz devices? Look for a newer system.

I have used Netgear products for many years, and they have always been trouble-free. However that is not the case with this device. The support for legacy 2.4 ghz devices is poor. Setting up 2.4 ghz devices required turning off the 5 ghz band, installing the device, and then turning the 5 ghz band back on for the 5 ghz devices which could benefit from the faster speed. Sometimes the 2.4 ghz connection held, and sometimes it did not. Newer Netgear mesh systems have much more robust support for both bands, and that is where I will be headed next - or I will select a mesh network with separate SSIDs for each band.
