Worst upgrade yet. My old google set up was much better. I get wifi drops on Fortnite every game almost and it’s hard wired in, also the wifi set up has the same issues for my kid. Terrible purchase.

This product may be fine - but our local Best Buy could not provide installation -my attempt to install is not ideal. I’m certain that the sketchy wifi coverage issues I have with this new system is partially due to homeowner installation. I’m done with Best Buy!!

Standalone router was fine but the satellites did not work. They were difficult to connect and kept disconnecting every 10mins. Coverage was not 7500 sq.ft

Setup was poor. There was an issue with a firmware update not installing. Took forever for the Orbi and app to sync. I want my 4 hours back! Do not recommend. These are as reliable as the previous models.

I replaced a bad router with the understanding my Orbi satellites I already own would work with the new Orbi router. They do not and this was hugely disappointing, especially when the old router and satellites were only a few years old.

This product is not easy to set up, we tried all the trouble shooting steps and satellites are not connecting with base router, called the tech support and they are not helpful, not recommended

I bought this product twice. Returned first one because I could not get satellite #2 to connect. (Telephone help said it was a software problem and to return). I returned first one and exchanged for second one. Returned the second one because too many people were automatically being allowed on wifi. I replaced with Nighthawk. I prefer the Nighthawk.

What a collosal disappointment!!! Bought this mesh system to replace my ten year old Orbi RBR50 mesh system with wifi5. Imagine my surprise when the new Wifi6 mesh AX5200 system provided LESS RANGE and LESS SPEED (almost 25% less) than the previous. I'll be returning this immediately.

after trying 2 different netgear nighthawks which are terrible , spent 2 hours on each unit neither worked right. the first one was great for 10 minutes until it did a firmware update and never worked again. So I bought the next model up. spent 3 hours to not get WiFi or internet .. sent it back and got the Orbi .. Wow so easy it did everything itself including attaching the 2 satellites. And updating . Perfect increased my speed 200% increased my range 300% .. I'm in love.. Its perfect. I can even get WiFi from my garage which is 80 feet away by using the satellites ... Netgear finally got it right.. Easy fast perfect..

five years old and was dying weekly. I got online and did some research. I didn’t want to get another Netgear nighthawk but ran into this Orbi product. The sales rep at the store was helpful and making this selection. We live in a 50 year old ranch style house it’s very long. Getting Wi-Fi signal from one into the other was always a challenge. this Orbi system with the satellites is the bomb. It was easy to set up all of our HomeKit switches and devices work perfectly the kids can play their games. We can watch our movies and I can check my emails. What more Could you ask for

Installation was very simple and coverage is amazing. The speed test verified much better speeds up & down than the router equipment that our service provider supplied us. Recommend this Orbi System to people looking for stable, reliable connectivity.

I upgraded our existing Orbi whole-home mesh system to the Orbi 753, and it was well worth the time and cost. Our internet speeds, even to the most difficult rooms to reach, are much faster and more reliable.

I finally replaced my WiFi system with the Orbi 750 with two satellites. My original system had dead zones and extenders were not much help. This greatly improved my access throughout the house. I no longer have any dead zones, streaming is now great, and everything is operating seamlessly so far. I also like being able to attach my computer directly to one of the satellites as the WiFi receiver in it is speed limited. I am so happy with this system.
You have to pay $99 for tech support after 90 days

The product works fine most of the time. The range is great when it works. It does have to be reset about once a month. This last time resetting it didn’t seem to work so I decided to call tech support. It is a $99 charge for tech support through netgear (who makes orbi) the tech support only covers the first 90 days for free
