It doesn’t recognize that the internet is connected and it will not connect to the satellites. Netgear customer service is the worst service I have ever experienced. They were not only unhelpful in fixing the issues they continually put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Twice! Telling me they would be right back. I didn’t let them do it a third time. Thankful for the geek squad warranty that allowed me to exchange. I hope I got a lemon and the next one works. I can’t even rate the range and signal strength because it never worked.

This was easy to set up and coverage is great for our needs to cover approx. 3000 sq ft plus poolhouse in backyard.
