My old orbi worked better had better reception to my pole building

Good upgrade from our outdated Orbi system. Easy to hook up and go

I had issue getting internet connection out of garage This really resolved my issue

This system is fine. It often goes out but I'm not sure if that is because of where our home is located our how our home is designed.

Simple and easy way to connect to the internet. We looked at other options but we some articles that said there could be some connections to data sharing and the eer system is linked to it as well.

I have used Netgear products for many years, and they have always been trouble-free. However that is not the case with this device. The support for legacy 2.4 ghz devices is poor. Setting up 2.4 ghz devices required turning off the 5 ghz band, installing the device, and then turning the 5 ghz band back on for the 5 ghz devices which could benefit from the faster speed. Sometimes the 2.4 ghz connection held, and sometimes it did not. Newer Netgear mesh systems have much more robust support for both bands, and that is where I will be headed next - or I will select a mesh network with separate SSIDs for each band.

This system solved all of our Wi-Fi coverage issues in the house. We were dropping WIFI in certain areas and this system solved all those issues.

Working great I highly recommend the WiFi signal is very strong Al over my 2500 square foot house. I would definitely buy again.

I bought this with high hopes. Easy to setup until I couldn’t find the 2.4ghz for my appliances. I called support because it wouldn’t let me log in to my orbi account. Customer service was very rude. She told me it won’t let lg in until I pay for security from them. I told I have a 30 day free trial. I can’t get in until I pay. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for security I have it with my internet service. She told me no I didn’t and if I didn’t pay I can’t use the orbi. She hung up and few minutes later, my router said it needed an update. I updated it and the router no longer worked. Very disappointed in netgear. They lost all my business. Going back to Best Buy and exchanging it for an eero 6e.

Worst upgrade yet. My old google set up was much better. I get wifi drops on Fortnite every game almost and it’s hard wired in, also the wifi set up has the same issues for my kid. Terrible purchase.

I used to love Orbi, but their App needs to be updated.

This product may be fine - but our local Best Buy could not provide installation -my attempt to install is not ideal. I’m certain that the sketchy wifi coverage issues I have with this new system is partially due to homeowner installation. I’m done with Best Buy!!

The routers were perfect for our house! I like that it has a network security feature to detect Malware.

Standalone router was fine but the satellites did not work. They were difficult to connect and kept disconnecting every 10mins. Coverage was not 7500 sq.ft

Setup was very easy, but it still doesn't give the speed that I need. I get weak signals in my garage (mancave).

Setup was poor. There was an issue with a firmware update not installing. Took forever for the Orbi and app to sync. I want my 4 hours back! Do not recommend. These are as reliable as the previous models.

I’m thrilled with the great equipment! Now, I have a reliable network.

I replaced a bad router with the understanding my Orbi satellites I already own would work with the new Orbi router. They do not and this was hugely disappointing, especially when the old router and satellites were only a few years old.

This product is not easy to set up, we tried all the trouble shooting steps and satellites are not connecting with base router, called the tech support and they are not helpful, not recommended

Works great dont have problems with wifi connection Was worth the price !!!
