Got the Orbi AX6000 to replace my older Google wifi mesh system. Very pricey, but speeds are much faster with the Orbi and seem stable - HOWEVER there is a major issue with compatibility between the Orbi AX routers and the Nest thermostats. For some reason, the AX routers cause a power drain on the Nest thermostats causing continuous low battery outages. Google the topic and you'll see several people complaining. The most common fix ends up using their old mesh routers to create a separate network just for the Nest thermostats (which is not ideal). Netgear needs to fix this.

We had lots of issues when upgrading our TVs. Carmelo was able to troubleshoot and recommend the new router and modem. Our house has many levels and is difficult to navigate through the stone walls. He got us back to 100%.

The product didn't work for us. Large house the directions are incorrect and the set up is fancy but cumbersome. We have fiber optic, set it up properly but the stupid thing will not reach from downstairs to the one upstairs. Set up is not intuitive and as a tech exec I tend to follow process exactly as written and it is not. Also called CS for help and was put on hold for so long I just connected. Anyhow, I had our infosec head come out for a BBQ and his comment was "this orbisystem is junk don't even bother" we work at a Silicon Valley tech giant and aren't novices and he is a 20 yr head of information security. I caution people to not get this product as it just isn't as good as others when working properly. Went to the Eros 6e and it is leagues better.

I purchased these because I wanted to add wireless doorbells and camera to a new home I was purchasing. The Wi-Fi level at one end of the house had been a little poor. This system works perfectly. As a bonus everywhere on my property including the garage I get great connectivity. Highly recommend it.

I replaced a Linksys Velop system with the Orbi system as the Velop kept cutting out and the nodes had difficulty connecting. All of my connection issues have since gone away after starting to use the Orbi. Strong, reliable coverage throughout my entire home.

    AX vs AC

Ax router is nice because it comes with 2 satellites so it works great for 4000+ sqft homes. Coverage is great but its a hefty price tag. We have 10+ AX devices but so far I DONT see a huge difference yet. In a few years on more AX devices I could see the improvement. I had a ORBI AC system before with 1 satellite and worked well.

If there was a higher rating, I would give it. This has been one of the best purchases I have made in the last five years. I have no drops in anything around my house for internet and have been asked by several people that have visited what we use. Two people bought another set and have loved them as well.

Upgraded from an older Netgear router that wasn’t keeping up with multiple home users. This worked great - increased range and speed significantly. Highly recommend. Only downside was app doesn’t seem to work with latest iPhone

It is amazing how such a complex technology has been made so simple. And it works flawlessly. I went from a wireless system that frustrated me to one that I truly enjoy. The setup is simple. The performance is fantastic.

I was looking for a broader system that would provide coverage for both upstairs and downstairs without it constantly dropping one device off while using another device. With almost twenty wireless devices from plugs, tv’s, laptops and Alexa devices, I purchased the Netgear Orbi system. I have a history with Netgear and have found their customer service to be one of the best to work with. I did have Best Buy come and handle the installation but the technician had no issues. My WiFi speed increased eight times faster with the Orbi system compared to the old router. I have been connected now for a week and no drops, lighten fast downloads, and immediate connects on devices. I would recommend this product.

This is exactly what I was looking for when trying to get close to my 1GB provider speed. My modem and router are in my bedroom and my office is about 40ft away. Using a ethernet connection is out of the question right now so I am at the mercy of WiFI. I had tried a handful of different routers/modems, repeaters, USB device...etc. Ended up returning all the products I had tried because none of them increased my WiFi speeds. After doing some more research, I realized everything was using WiFi standards.....802.11ac. I had found the Orbi AX6000 and saw it was WiFi 6 and figured I would give it a shot. I was very happy with the results as I am now getting above 700mbps 40ft away from my router and the entire house has perfect signal strength.
