    Constant disconnects

    Thinking about returning this system. I’m constantly getting disconnected and losing the signal numerous times throughout the day. I bought this as an upgrade to an already existing Orbi set that I purchased 4 years ago. I placed the new satellite exactly where I had my old ones so placement is definitely not the problem.

    I purchased this to “upgrade” the former model and the performance is actually worse. Signal drops off regularly especially for connected devices like licks, cameras, etc. Major regret investing such a high cost for a system that performs worse than its predecessor.

    We have tried Soooo many systems and this was 100% the best we have found to get the wireless throughout our house. We went through tons of options and was disappointed until we found this.

    I haven't had a chance to REALLY put it to a test it yet, but I only have the router and one satellite up and running and so far so good!!

    This was a mistake. Try-Band systems do not talk to some devices which can only connect to dual band. Service from Netgear was weak and not very sophisticated. Plus, you lose all hep after 90 days;.

    No More Buffering!

    Handles all of our devices like a champ! Set up took about 30 minutes and we up and running. Named it the same as our old router so we didn’t have to change all of our devices

    Right out of the box, this was easy to set up and increase our throughput. I will be doing some other tweaks to make it faster, but so far it's been great

    great product that has fixed our wifi connectivity issues. we tried so many different products. This one really works and AT&T endorses it as well

    I love this router. I am just hoping for the price it lasts. My last Orbi went after 23 months. Set up was easy as all other Orbis. Definitely a nicer looking design compared to the old white tower.

    Devices always lose connection to wifi and it seems like devices doesn't switch to proper satellite.

    I replaced the router that i have had for about 5 years. this does great across the house (4500 sq ft) with the wifi signal strength. Other than the high cost, its great!

    I had an older regular WiFi router before switching to this mesh system. What a difference! Easy setup and fast speeds throughout my house! The difference was like night and day! No regrets buying this.

    Completely boosted by 1GB wifi around the house. So happy to finally get this hooked up. App is great, labeled all devices and now have a peace of mind on how and when someone joins my network.

    WiFi performance is amazing as is wired Performance. Feel extremely mislead that Disney Circle is NOT BUILT IN to this router in anyway as advertised on Netgear’s website. It’s not compatible and there are no plans to make it so, we had to buy the parental protection from circle separately. Routers app is intuitive but has no parental control functions other then shutting down internet access remotely, no setting a bedtime or schedule.

    This set replaced my Nighthawk gaming router. I had nothing but problems with the other one and I finally bought these. Much faster and no more disconnects and dead zones. Highly recommended.

    This the fastest WiFi system that I have purchased. For the first time, my WiFi speed from my router is matching the speed of my ATT fiber 1000. Sorry I waited so long to switch to the ORBI whole house system.

    I have cable internet at 300 mbps, and the Orbi gives me that same speed on Wi-Fi throughout my 3700 sq ft house. Awesome! It’s a little tricky to set up 2.4 gig devices, but it’s well worth it.

    I got this for my business, and I couldn't be happier. I got multiple co workers and my system all running on this system flawlessly. Over 25 connections with no lag or disconnect. Loving it, the set up was a breeze.

    Ethernet ports on the device failed after a month...Internet went out...had the ONT replaced...Orbi wouldn't come back online, or get link lights to the ONT. Put another router in place...no problem. Apparently there was only a 2 week return period for this insanely expensive router that they wanted a large amount of money to add 'extra protection'
