Good value for the money. Just be aware that the downside of having a dual band system like this rather than a tri-band system is that this system uses one of the bands for backhaul between the satellites, which means that your Internet speed when connected to a satellite will be slightly slower than if your device is connected directly to the main hub. Had I known that, I probably would have considered getting the tri-band model instead since it uses the third band for backhaul and doesn’t really suffer much speed difference between the satellites and the main unit.

Excellent range and easy setup. A little tricky with FIOS but otherwise great.

I love that it has the 2 extras for more range where we need it. We need it for both upstairs and downstairs and it reaches throughout the house, no problem. The price of this one is the same as the one stand alone router that covers 2500 sq feet, no guarantee it will reach downstairs perfectly. So if you need it equally for both levels, I would highly recommend this one!

The Orbi is just another device that does its job. We bought a large house and the internet provider recommended Orbi to cover the whole house with Wifi, which it does. The only documentation in the box is a card telling you to download an app to your phone to set up Orbi. The setup was somewhat cumbersome and confusing but accomplished the task. It comes with 30 days of Netgear antivirus and at least 30 days of nuisance emails, sometimes twice a day. Interesting thing though. I went to the Orbi website and the AC1200 model I purchased at Best Buy is not in the current Orbi product line. I had to look it up in the Support tab. It must have been at Best Buy for a long time.

We purchased this system after trying an extender to extend our Wi-fi across our house. We have an old house with really thick lath and plaster walls which have caused problems with signal strength in the past. Happy to say this system is working and we're now getting consistent Wi-Fi throughout.

This mesh system works pretty well. My only complaint is that some items, like my smart tv, need to be reconnected to the network every time I turn them on. Not a huge issue, but unexpected.

Went into Best Buy store. The person helped me pick this out. Unfortunately they were out of stock. Went home and ordered it on line at Best Buy and saved money, they were running an online special. We have a 3000 plus home and this WiFi system has worked for the size of our house.

We had issues with finding a system to cover our entire home with internet service. I have tried numerous routers. The salesman at Best Buy convinced me of this and this far is working fine.

Our cable connect is in the corner of the house upstairs, so having the extra two devices at the other end of the house has made the signal much better all over and it even carries well to the porch. My son set it up but didn’t have any issues.

Pretty easy setup but does need an existing router. The app worked well once it recognized the main unit. Setting up and checking the satellite units was seamless.

I miss something in installation and had to call tech support. Able to get it up and running. Equipment works very well. Could hardly understand the tech support person. What took about 2 hours could have been done in much less time. Overall I like the ORBI.

The Orbi is excellent, couple of small challengers setting up which was us. Customer service was excellent. You get 90 days free setup service and trouble shooting. The Orbi was recommended by the sales associate and we are very happy!!

After researching for weeks, every review came back to this specific system. Its easy to setup and the reception is remarkably outstanding (even in the basement)! The price was also a determining factor in purchasing this mesh system.
